基于全寿命周期的刮板输送机可靠性工程平台建设

【摘要】:刮板输送机是煤矿综采工作面的运输设备,也是滚筒采煤机沿工作面往返运行的轨道,同时也是液压支架移动的支点,其性能的好坏直接影响着煤炭企业的经济效益及其矿井生产的自动化与智能化水平。然而,刮板输送机的工作条件恶劣、负载波动大、工况复杂多变,,导致失效率很高。从上世纪60年代起,我国刮板输送机已经能够实现系列化生产,然而在使用寿命和可靠性方面,与国外先进水平之间还存在着很大的差距。因此,有必要研究与讨论刮板输送机的可靠性,以提高其可靠性水平和延长使用寿命。 本课题首先运用可靠性相关技术,对刮板输送机上的刮板链、液力耦合器等关键零部件进行了FTA分析、FMECA分析以及FRACAS分析。其次,以全寿命周期理论为基础,阐述了刮板输送机从前期的设计、制造,到安装、调试运行和使用维护,直到后期进入寿命终期报废的整个过程。最后,运用Visual Studio2010软件、SQL Server2008软件和计算机网络技术,构建了刮板输送机可靠性工程管理平台。 本文通过对刮板链、液力耦合器进行可靠性分析,得到了影响其可靠性的主要制约因素,提出了保障性措施,提高了刮板链、液力耦合器等关键零部件及其整机的可靠性水平。其次,将全寿命周期理论运用到刮板输送机的生产管理和使用管理过程中。最后,构建了刮板输送机可靠性工程管理平台,该平台包括采购信息、生产信息、维修报废信息、FMECA分析表等可靠性信息,方便进行可靠性分析和数据管理,同时能够实现信息的查询、添加和删除,资料下载与打印,给刮板输送机制造和使用企业实施可靠性管理提供了平台。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is the transportation equipment of fully mechanized coal mining face in coal mine, is also the track of roller shearer running along the working face, and is also the fulcrum of hydraulic support movement. The quality of its performance directly affects the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the level of automation and intelligence of mine production. However, the working conditions of scraper conveyor are very bad, the load fluctuates greatly and the working condition is complex and changeable, which results in high failure rate. Since the 1960s, Chinese scraper conveyor has been able to realize serial production. However, there is still a big gap between the service life and reliability of scraper conveyor and foreign advanced level. Therefore, it is necessary to study and discuss the reliability of scraper conveyor in order to improve its reliability level and prolong its service life. FTA analysis, FMECA analysis and fracas analysis are carried out for key components such as hydraulic coupler. Secondly, based on the theory of whole life cycle, the whole process of scraper conveyor from design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance to the end of life is expounded. Finally, the reliability engineering management platform of scraper conveyor is constructed by using Visual Studio 2010 software / SQL Server 2008 software and computer network technology. The reliability analysis of scraper chain and hydraulic coupler is carried out in this paper. The main restricting factors affecting its reliability are obtained, and the supporting measures are put forward to improve the reliability level of the key parts such as scraper chain, hydraulic coupler and the whole machine. Secondly, the whole life cycle theory is applied to the production management and use management of scraper conveyor. Finally, the reliability engineering management platform of scraper conveyor is constructed, which includes the reliability information such as purchasing information, production information, maintenance information and FMECA analysis table, which is convenient for reliability analysis and data management. At the same time, it can realize information query, add and delete, download and print information, and provide a platform for manufacturing and using scraper conveyor to implement reliability management.
