可实现任意周期特性的跳汰试验装置的研究

【摘要】:跳汰选煤在选煤中占有重要地位,跳汰机在选煤中一直是一种极其有效的分选设备。自从它投入使用以来,一直不断的改进与完善,但是由于受各种条件的限制,导致跳汰机选煤的分选效率较低。在什么特性的脉动水流下能使特定密度、粒度组成的物料获得好的分选效果,以及这种特性的脉动水流在什么样的跳汰周期下才能获得,依靠现有理论尚无法回答。跳汰过程主要包括两个部分:一是原煤的分层,二是产品的分离。而原煤的分层是跳汰产品分离的前提条件,它直接影响着跳汰选煤的分选效果。原煤的分层是在垂直交变水流的作用下来完成的,而分层的产生又是以床层的松散为前提条件。水流的脉动可以直接引起床层的松散,此外水流的脉动又和跳汰周期特性密切相关。所以,对跳汰周期特性进行研究,并最终做出可实现任意跳汰周期特性的试验装置,对跳汰选矿将来的发展和应用具有重要的意义。本文运用LabVIEW作为上位机发送控制命令,具有图形化的操作界面,下位机选用DSP28335芯片与上位机进行串口通讯,同时作为步进电机的控制器,通过步进电机控制隔膜从而实现不同的跳汰曲线,进一步借助高速摄像机以及相应的处理软件来进行对跳汰曲线分析处理以检验是否达到所需的曲线。本系统完成了硬件、软件的实验调试,并通过实验得到了不同的跳汰周期曲线,取得了一定的效果。
[Abstract]:Jigging coal plays an important role in coal preparation. Jig is always a very effective separation equipment in coal preparation. Since it has been put into use, it has been continuously improved and perfected, but due to the constraints of various conditions, the separation efficiency of jig coal preparation is low. Under what characteristic pulsating flow can make the material with specific density and particle size get good sorting effect and what kind of jig period can be obtained for this characteristic pulsating flow can not be answered depending on the existing theories. Jigging process mainly includes two parts: one is the stratification of raw coal, the other is the separation of products. The stratification of raw coal is the precondition of jigging product separation, which directly affects the separation effect of jig coal. The stratification of raw coal is completed under the action of vertical alternating flow, and the formation of stratification is based on the loose bed. The pulsation of water flow can directly cause the bed to loose, and the pulsation of water flow is closely related to the periodic characteristics of jigging. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development and application of jig dressing in the future to study the periodic characteristics of jig and finally to make a test device that can realize the periodic characteristics of jig. In this paper, LabVIEW is used as the upper computer to send control commands, with a graphical operation interface. The lower computer uses DSP 28335 chip to communicate with the host computer and acts as the controller of the stepper motor at the same time. Different jig curves are realized by controlling the diaphragm of step motor, and then the jig curve is analyzed and processed with the help of high speed camera and corresponding processing software to check whether the jig curve is up to the required curve. The system has completed the experiment debugging of hardware and software, and obtained different jig cycle curves by experiment, and achieved certain effect.
