高浓度充填料浆流变特性及其管道输送模拟优化研究

【摘要】：针对矿山充填系统设计中物料的合理配比、管道参数等难以确定的问题,采用软固体测试仪,通过试验得到不同组别高浓度充填料浆的剪切速率-剪切应力流变曲线图,进而求得料浆相应粘度系数η和屈服应力τ0,再采用ANSYS软件对料浆在管道中的流动进行数值模拟分析,结果表明,物料质量浓度为72%、管内径D2=150 mm的输送条件能保证料浆管流输送中沿程最大流速、出口处最大流速和入口处压力值均较小,矿山据此进行充填系统的设计与运行。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficulty of determining the reasonable proportion of materials and pipe parameters in the design of mine filling system, the shear rate-shear stress rheological curves of different groups of high concentration filling slurry are obtained by means of soft solid tester. Then the viscosity coefficient 畏 and yield stress 蟿 0 of the slurry are obtained, and the flow of the slurry in the pipeline is simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that the viscosity coefficient 畏 and yield stress 蟿 0 are obtained. The mass concentration of material is 72mm, and the conveying condition of diameter D _ 2N _ (150) mm can guarantee the maximum velocity of flow along the line, the maximum velocity at the outlet and the pressure at the entrance are smaller, so the filling system is designed and operated in the mine.
