胡家河矿采掘工作面强矿压防治与监测

【摘要】:矿井在生产过程中,回采工作面的开采或者巷道掘进时会对上覆岩层造成采动扰动,这种扰动会使煤或者岩体本来就在高应力集中的状态下,又积聚了大量的弹性势能。当煤或岩体的弹性势能突然释放时就会造成煤或岩体的突然冒落、抛出,产生震动、声响、气浪等明显的矿震现象,这些现象便统称为煤矿的动压现象,亦为强矿压显现。强矿压的突然显现会对矿井的人员和设备造成巨大的损害,其危害如同具有相当能量的炸药发生的爆炸现象,有的甚至能形成强烈的暴风。同时矿井在开采的过程中,如果一直处于高应力集中的状态之下,冲击地压发生的几率会大大增加。 陕西胡家河煤矿由于设计之初就属于深部开采,井田主要可采煤层为4号煤层,3号煤为局部可采煤层,煤层埋深为578~817m,平均680m,因此矿井的大采深就以决定了其矿压显现的问题尤为严重。本轮为针对胡家河煤矿401102、401103工作面强矿压现象所造成的危害,先期进行了详细的矿井水文地质调研,后进行有针对的分析。分别对开采深度、煤层冲击倾向、煤层厚度、煤柱的影响、顶板岩性等方面进行了详细的分析与计算,完成了对工作面掘进过程中的强矿压危险性评价,并对后期工作面开采过程中的危险性进行了评价。提出了合理的卸压措施。最后针对胡家河矿自身的条件,制定了一套有针对性的强矿压多维信息监测系统和防护措施。
[Abstract]:In the process of mine production, the mining of mining face or roadway excavation will cause mining disturbance to the overlying strata, which will make coal or rock mass accumulate a large amount of elastic potential energy under the condition of high stress concentration. When the elastic potential energy of coal or rock mass is suddenly released, it will cause coal or rock mass to suddenly fall, throw out, produce vibration, sound, air wave and other obvious phenomena of mine shock. These phenomena are called dynamic pressure phenomenon of coal mine, and it is also known as strong rock pressure phenomenon. The sudden appearance of strong mine pressure will cause great damage to the personnel and equipment of the mine, and its harm is like the explosion phenomenon of explosive with considerable energy, some of which can even form a strong storm. At the same time, in the process of mining, if the mine is always under the condition of high stress concentration, the probability of rock burst will be greatly increased. The Hujiahe Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province belongs to deep mining since the beginning of its design. The main mineable coal seam in the mine field is No. 4 coal seam, the No. 3 coal seam is local mining coal seam, and the coal seam burying depth is 578 ~ 817m, with an average of 680m, so the problem that the mine's large mining depth determines the appearance of mine pressure is especially serious. In view of the harm caused by the phenomenon of strong mine pressure in Hujiahe Coal Mine 401102 and 401103, the detailed mine hydrogeological investigation was carried out in advance, and then the analysis was carried out. The mining depth, coal seam impact tendency, coal seam thickness, the influence of coal pillar, roof lithology and so on are analyzed and calculated in detail. And the risk of mining process in the later mining face was evaluated. Reasonable pressure relief measures are put forward. Finally, according to the conditions of Hujiahe Mine, a set of multi-dimensional information monitoring system and protective measures for strong mine pressure are established.
