采煤机截割部壳体深长孔系同轴度控制方法研究

【摘要】:截割部壳体是采煤机截割部传动部件的载体,其制造质量对截割部的载荷分配、承载能力及使用寿命等均有很大的影响。因此,研究采煤机截割部壳体的可靠性并采取措施对壳体关键部位电机孔系同轴度的精度予以保证就显得至关重要。在机械传动中,同轴度是一个非常重要的形位公差。若偏差超过允许范围,则在后期使用过程中会产生高温、噪音、振动、磨损等隐患,加速设备损坏。本课题研究了采煤机截割部壳体的技术要求及加工工艺流程,从加工误差、工艺系统的几何精度、受力变形和热变形、同轴度测量等方面分析了孔系同轴度误差产生的原因。通过升级加工设备精度、优化同轴度精度设计及改进工艺过程中的加工余量、切削用量、零件装夹及找正规范、增加冷却液等措施,保证了孔系的同轴度精度要求。此外,根据三坐标测量仪的工作原理与特点,通过增加基准孔截面的测量距离、选取多个截面、建立公共轴线的方式,减小了测量过程对同轴度误差的影响,确保测量结果准确地反映壳体孔系的同轴度误差。通过本课题的研究,确定了合理的同轴度设计精度,提出了合理的加工工艺优化措施和测量改进方法,确保了壳体孔系同轴度的精度要求,对于降低生产成本、提升采煤机截割部的可靠性和延长零部件的使用寿命具有重要意义,解决了长年影响公司产品质量的实际问题。
[Abstract]:The cutting part shell is the carrier of the driving part of the cutting part of the shearer, and its manufacturing quality has a great influence on the load distribution, bearing capacity and service life of the cutting part. Therefore, it is very important to study the reliability of cutting part shell of shearer and to take measures to ensure the accuracy of coaxiality of motor hole system in key part of shell. Coaxiality is a very important tolerance in mechanical transmission. If the deviation exceeds the allowable range, it will produce high temperature, noise, vibration, wear and other hidden dangers during the later use, and accelerate the equipment damage. In this paper, the technical requirements and processing process of cutting part shell of shearer are studied. The causes of coaxiality error of hole system are analyzed from machining error, geometric precision of process system, force deformation and thermal deformation, coaxiality measurement and so on. By upgrading the precision of machining equipment, optimizing the precision design of coaxiality and improving the machining allowance, cutting parameters, clamping and straightening specification of parts, and adding coolant, the accuracy requirements of coaxiality of the hole system are ensured. In addition, according to the working principle and characteristics of the CMM, by increasing the measuring distance of the reference hole section, selecting several sections and establishing the common axis, the influence of the measurement process on the coaxiality error is reduced. Ensure that the measurement results accurately reflect the coaxiality error of the shell hole system. Through the research of this subject, the reasonable design precision of coaxiality is determined, and the reasonable process optimization measures and measurement improvement methods are put forward to ensure the accuracy requirement of coaxiality of shell hole system, and to reduce the production cost. It is of great significance to improve the reliability of cutting part of shearer and prolong the service life of parts, which solves the practical problems that affect the product quality of the company for many years.
