煤矿井下喷射混凝土搅拌装置设计

【摘要】:矿井的支护,在煤矿的建设和开采过程中起到极为重要的作用。在各种各样的矿井支护方式中,尤其是联合支护,都或多或少的会使用到喷射混凝土。喷射混凝土需要将水泥、砂子和石子按照一定的配比进行充分混合,所以其是否充分搅拌混合对喷浆作业和支护质量起到至关重要的作用。目前国内外的各种喷射混凝土搅拌装置和搅拌方法均存在许多问题,如装置体积较大拆装不便,搅拌不均匀影响喷浆质量,粉尘较大危害矿工健康,劳动强度大工作效率低及机械化和自动化程度低等。 本文设计了一种新的煤矿井下喷射混凝土搅拌装置,采用螺旋直接在矿车中对喷射混凝土进行搅拌。首先,对装置的结构进行设计,可以通过油缸分别牵引螺旋和矿车使螺旋在矿车中按照规定的运动轨迹行走,螺旋还可以升降。然后,参照螺旋输送机的经验公式设计搅拌螺旋,设计液压系统原理图,进行液压元件的选型计算,并对叠加阀块和油箱进行设计。然后,采用三菱PLC对系统进行控制,根据系统要求对输入输出地址进行分配,给出接线图和供电电路图,采用顺序控制专用指令STL/RET对喷浆搅拌系统顺序动作进行编程。然后,以WEINVIEW触摸屏作为上位机进行操作和监控,介绍了组态软件的编程步骤,设计了煤矿井下喷射混凝土的系统控制界面。最后,搭建了一个喷射混凝土控制系统模拟实验台进行模拟实验,介绍了计算机、PLC和触摸屏的通讯设置和实验具体的操作步骤,并对实验结果进行了分析。 综合以上可以表明,煤矿井下喷浆料搅拌装置结构简单紧凑,可以适用于各种中小巷道,液压系统进行驱动,省时省力,采用PLC和触摸屏进行控制和操作,安全可靠操作方便,机械化和自动化程度较高,实现了对煤矿井下喷射混凝土快速充分的搅拌。
[Abstract]:Mine support plays a very important role in coal mine construction and mining process. In a variety of mine support methods, especially combined support, more or less will be used in shotcrete. Shotcrete needs to mix cement, sand and stone according to a certain proportion, so whether the mixing is sufficient or not plays an important role in the jetting operation and the support quality. At present, there are many problems in various kinds of shotcrete mixing devices and methods at home and abroad, such as the large volume of the equipment is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, the uneven mixing affects the quality of the jet grouting, and the dust is harmful to the health of the miners. High labor intensity, low efficiency and low degree of mechanization and automation. In this paper, a new mixing device of shotcrete in coal mine is designed, in which the spray concrete is agitated directly by screw. Firstly, the structure of the device is designed. The screw can be driven in accordance with the specified track through the cylinder and the miner, and the screw can also rise and fall. Then, according to the experience formula of screw conveyer, the mixing screw is designed, the principle diagram of hydraulic system is designed, the type selection of hydraulic components is calculated, and the superposition valve block and fuel tank are designed. Then, Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the system, the input and output addresses are assigned according to the system requirements, the wiring diagram and the power supply circuit diagram are given, and the sequential actions of the jet mixing system are programmed by the special instruction STL / RET. Then, the WEINVIEW touch screen is used as the upper computer to operate and monitor, the programming steps of configuration software are introduced, and the system control interface of shotcrete in coal mine is designed. Finally, a simulation experiment bench of shotcrete control system is built, and the communication between PLC and touch screen is introduced, and the operation steps of the experiment are introduced, and the results of the experiment are analyzed. The above results show that the slurry mixing device in coal mine is simple and compact, which can be used in all kinds of small and medium roadways, hydraulic system drive, save time and labor, use PLC and touch screen to control and operate, safe and reliable operation is convenient, The degree of mechanization and automation is high, and the rapid and sufficient mixing of shotcrete in coal mine is realized.
