【摘要】:我国是世界主要产金国之一,金矿资源丰富,截至2010年底,已查明金矿资源储量排名世界第五位,基础储量排名世界第九位。但是,随着金矿石资源的开发与利用,易处理矿石的开采量逐渐减少,难处理资源已成为矿产资源开发与利用的重要范畴。因此,对难处理金矿石资源的综合回收利用,逐渐成为选矿界的重要研究方向之一。本文以安徽凤阳山某难选高硫金矿石的金、硫综合回收问题作为研究课题,试验前期进行了详细的矿石性质分析及工艺矿物学研究。通过化学多元素分析可知:原矿中金、硫品位分别为3.96g/t、21.41%,均已达到矿床工业品位(由于银的品位较低,试验中主要回收对象为金,银会随金一同回收,因此其指标不做为选矿试验效果的参考值)。通过原矿物相分析及原矿X衍射分析可知:原矿中,金与硫化矿密切共生,硫化物中的金和裸露及半裸露中的金所占含量较高,达到77.98%,被包裹的金占很大比重,这是影响金回收效果的重要影响因素;碳酸盐、赤褐铁矿及硅酸盐中的金占22.02%。矿石中金属矿物主要为黄铁矿、纤锌矿;非金属矿物有石英、白云石、伊利石等。总结来看,该矿石为硫含量高、有害杂质少的高硫金矿石,有价元素为金、硫,试验主要回收矿物为金和黄铁矿。通过全面系统的选矿试验研究,确定了浮选-浸出相结合的选矿方法。试验分别进行了抑硫选金再选硫、金硫混合浮再选金及金硫混合浮选探索方案,最终选择金硫混合浮选的工艺方法,确定了以常规乙黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂的浮选药剂制度,混合浮选流程为一段粗磨,一次粗选-二次扫选-一次精选浮选工艺进行混合浮选抛尾,中矿顺序返回。浮选闭路试验得到金硫混合精矿,其中金品位10.06 g/t,金回收率95.79%,含银9.17 g/t.,银回收率81.96%,精矿硫品位51.50%,硫回收率96.87%的金硫混合精矿产品。浸出试验对金硫进行分离,获得金、硫精矿产品,通过对浮选精矿氧化焙烧预处理及直接浸出两个试验结果的对比,确定了浮选精矿氧化焙烧回收硫,焙砂浸出提金的试验方案,最终获得了浸渣品位为2.03g/t,金浸出率为84.69%的试验结果,浸出效果良好。
[Abstract]:China is one of the major gold-producing countries in the world, and is rich in gold resources. By the end of 2010, the reserves of gold resources have been found to be the fifth in the world and the ninth in the world in terms of basic reserves. However, with the development and utilization of gold ore resources, the exploitation of easily treated ores is gradually reduced, and refractory resources have become an important category in the development and utilization of mineral resources. Therefore, the comprehensive recovery and utilization of refractory gold ore resources has gradually become one of the important research directions of mineral processing. In this paper, the comprehensive recovery of gold and sulfur from a refractory high-sulfur gold ore in Fengyang Mountain, Anhui Province, was studied. The ore properties and process mineralogy were studied in detail in the early stage of the experiment. Through chemical multielement analysis, it can be seen that the grade of gold and sulfur in the original ore is 3.96g / t ~ (21.41), which has reached the industrial grade of the deposit. (because of the low grade of silver, the main object of recovery in the experiment is gold, and silver will be recovered with gold. Therefore, its index is not used as the reference value of ore dressing test effect. Through the analysis of the original mineral phase and the X-ray diffraction analysis of the raw ore, it can be seen that gold and sulphide are closely symbiotic in the ore, and the gold content in the sulphide and bare and semi-bare is higher, reaching 77.98%, and the proportion of the gold wrapped in the ore is very large. This is an important factor affecting the recovery of gold, and 22. 02% of gold in carbonate, red limonite and silicate. The main metal minerals in ore are pyrite, wurtzite, and non-metallic minerals are quartz, dolomite, Illite and so on. In summary, the ore is high sulfur gold ore with high sulfur content and low harmful impurity. The valuable elements are gold and sulfur. The main recovery minerals are gold and pyrite. Based on the comprehensive and systematic ore dressing test, the flotation-leaching method is determined. Experiments were carried out on sulfur suppression, gold and sulfur reconcentration, gold and sulfur mixed flotation and gold sulfur mixed flotation, and the final process of gold and sulfur mixed flotation was selected. The system of flotation reagents with conventional ethylxanthate as collector and oil as foaming agent was determined. The mixed flotation process consisted of one stage rough grinding, one coarse flotation, two sweep flotation and one cleaning flotation process. The gold-sulfur mixed concentrate with gold grade 10.06 g / t, gold recovery 95.79, silver 9.17 g / t, silver recovery 81.96%, concentrate sulfur 51.50 and sulfur recovery 96.87% were obtained by closed-circuit flotation test. The gold and sulfur concentrate products were obtained by leaching test. By comparing the results of the two tests, the oxidation roasting of flotation concentrate and direct leaching were compared, and the recovery of sulfur from flotation concentrate by oxidizing roasting was determined. Finally, the leaching slag grade is 2.03 g / t and the gold leaching rate is 84.69%, and the leaching effect is good.
