超前支架相似实验样机研制及其与顶板耦合力学实验

【摘要】:针对大型综掘巷道超前支架体积大,不易于在实验室中对其进行全面动力学特性以及其与围岩耦合力学特性的实验研究等问题,根据相似理论,建立缩比为1∶8的相似实验模型样机。并建立了模拟巷道顶板的实验平台和测量基准框架。对超前支架和顶板耦合系统进行力学实验,测量在无支护和有支护,静态加载和动态加载情况下,顶板和支架顶梁的变形和受力情况。最后对模型样机进行模态实验分析,测得两者前6阶的固有频率以及各阶的模态阵型。通过基于相似理论搭建的实验样机和实验平台能够实现在条件有限的实验室条件下对超前支架进行静、动力学实验和测试,有助于节约设备研发成本以及提高设备质量。
[Abstract]:According to the similarity theory, aiming at the problems such as the large volume of advance support in large fully mechanized roadway, it is difficult to carry out the experimental research on its overall dynamic characteristics and coupling mechanical characteristics with surrounding rock in the laboratory, and so on. A prototype of a similar experimental model with a reduction ratio of 1:8 was established. The experimental platform of simulating roadway roof and the frame of measuring datum are established. The mechanical experiments were carried out on the coupling system of leading support and roof, and the deformation and force of roof and beam were measured under the condition of no support and support, static loading and dynamic loading. Finally, the modal analysis of the model prototype is carried out, and the natural frequencies of the first six orders and the modal formation of each order are measured. The experimental prototype and the experimental platform based on the similarity theory can be used to carry out static and dynamic experiments and tests on the lead support under the limited conditions of the laboratory, which is helpful to save the cost of equipment development and improve the quality of the equipment.
