压入式掘进通风流场PIV实验研究

【摘要】：为了更为准确地描述压入式掘进通风流场形态,针对压入式掘进通风流场的传统"接触式"测量方式的局限性,利用粒子成像测速系统(PIV)对掘进工作面流场进行"非接触式"二维实验测试。按照与实际掘进巷道断面尺寸1∶15的比例建立了压入式掘进通风巷道实验模型,并根据井下实际情况,将风筒悬挂于巷道模型侧壁中央,对经过风筒轴心的横纵断面进行实验测试。实验结果表明,PIV测速系统能够更准确地对复杂流场进行测试,能够得到风流流场的瞬时和时均流动状态,为压入式掘进通风流场特性研究及掘进工作面的排污降尘提供了可靠的实验依据。
[Abstract]:In order to describe more accurately the form of ventilation flow field in pressure-driven tunneling, the limitation of traditional "contact" measurement method of ventilation flow field in pressure-driven tunneling is pointed out. The particle imaging velocimetry system (PIV) is used to test the flow field of tunneling face. According to the ratio of 1:15 section size to the actual tunneling section size, the experimental model of tunneling ventilation tunnel is established, and according to the actual situation, the tuyere is suspended in the middle of the side wall of the roadway model. The transverse and vertical section passing through the axis of the wind tube was tested experimentally. The experimental results show that the PIV velocimetry system can measure the complex flow field more accurately and obtain the instantaneous and time-averaged flow state of the wind flow field. It provides a reliable experimental basis for the study of ventilation flow field characteristics of pressure-driven roadway and the dust reduction of drainage in tunneling face.
