有压两产品重介系统对煤泥性质影响研究

【摘要】:目前,重介选煤是我国主要的选煤方法,有压重介旋流器选煤更是占有重要的市场,对有压重介选煤的方法、原理和系统煤泥性质的研究是非常有意义的。在有压重介旋流器系统中,旋流器入料口物料中的煤泥含量会直接影响旋流器的工作悬浮液的密度,粘度等,进而影响旋流器的正常工作,影响分选效果,以致影响生产效益。因此对有压重介旋流器系统产生的次生煤泥量的研究具有很现实的意义。 本论文以淮南矿业集团潘北选煤厂的入洗原煤为样品,对有压两产品重介旋流器系统的煤泥性质进行研究,根据实验要求,分为4个采样点进行取样,即原煤皮带,旋流器入料泵出口,旋流器溢流、底流,合格介质桶,分别采取入洗原煤、旋流器入料泵出口产品、旋流器产品精煤和矸石和合格介质5个煤样。根据国标GB/T477-2008和GB/T478-2008分别对煤样进行煤炭筛分试验、浮沉试验、泥化试验,计算出各个粒度级的产率和灰分,各个密度级的产率和灰分,原煤泥化时间对应昀泥化量。通过筛分试验数据,对各个煤样的粒度特性进行分析;通过浮沉试验数据,画出可选性曲线,对入洗原煤的可选性进行分析;通过原煤泥化试验数据,画出原煤泥化特性曲线,对原煤的泥化性质进行分析;根据潘北选煤厂现场生产工作参数,计算出有压重介旋流器系统中各个阶段产生的次生煤泥量。 通过试验得出,在潘北选煤厂有压两产品重介旋流器系统中,入洗原煤经过有压重介旋流器系统共用时44s,共能够产生16.68t/h的次生煤泥量,其中原煤在混料桶中用时40s,能够产生12.23t/h的次生煤泥量,经过渣浆泵用时1s,能够产生0.64t/h的次生煤泥量,从入料泵的出口至旋流器出口,用时3s,能够产生3.81t/h的次生煤泥量。通过以上实验数据比较,由旋流器入料泵产生的次生煤泥量相对不大,表明入洗原煤在入料泵中并没有过多地粉碎。
[Abstract]:At present, heavy medium coal preparation is the main method of coal preparation in China, and pressurized heavy medium cyclone coal preparation is an important market. It is of great significance to study the method, principle and system of coal slime properties. In the pressure and heavy medium cyclone system, the coal slime content in the inlet material of the hydrocyclone will directly affect the density and viscosity of the working suspension of the hydrocyclone, and then affect the normal operation of the hydrocyclone, affect the separation effect, and thus affect the production efficiency. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the secondary coal slime produced by the pressurized heavy medium cyclone system. Taking the raw coal from Panbei Coal preparation Plant of Huainan Mining Group as the sample, this paper studies the slime properties of the heavy medium cyclone system with two pressurized products. According to the experimental requirements, it is divided into 4 sampling points, that is, the raw coal belt. Cyclone feed pump outlet, cyclone overflow, bottom flow, qualified medium barrel, respectively to take washing raw coal, cyclone feed pump export products, hydrocyclone products concentrate coal and gangue and qualified medium 5 coal samples. According to GB / T 477-2008 and GB / T 478-2008, coal sieving test, floatation test and mudding test were carried out to calculate the yield and ash content of each granularity level, the yield and ash content of each density class, and the original coal sludge time. Through screening test data, the particle size characteristics of each coal sample are analyzed; the optional curve is drawn through the floating and subsidence test data to analyze the selectability of the washed raw coal; and the original coal slime characteristic curve is drawn through the original coal slime test data. Based on the working parameters of Panbei Coal preparation Plant, the secondary slime produced in each stage of the pressurized heavy medium cyclone system is calculated. The test results show that in the two-product heavy medium cyclone system of Panbei Coal preparation Plant, the secondary slime of 16.68t/h can be produced when the raw coal is washed through the pressurized and heavy medium cyclone system for 44s. When the raw coal is used in the mixing barrel for 40 s, the secondary slime of 12.23t/h can be produced, and the secondary slime of 0.64t/h can be produced by the slurry pump for 1 s, from the outlet of the feed pump to the outlet of the cyclone, and for 3 s, the secondary slime of 3.81t/h can be produced. Through the comparison of the above experimental data, the amount of secondary slime produced by the hydrocyclone feed pump is relatively small, which indicates that the raw coal is not crushed too much in the feed pump.
