浅埋煤层工作面顺槽围岩变形规律及支护设计研究

【摘要】:开展神南矿区某矿4-2煤24201工作面顺槽支护设计具有重要的工程意义和价值。采用理论方法对顺槽围岩变形机理进行研究,通过室内试验研究其围岩物理力学性质,结合数值模拟和现场监测对支护效果进行评价。主要结论有:(1)分析了浅埋煤层顺槽围岩应力分布特征,顺槽围岩变形的主要影响因素包括:埋深、围岩性质、围岩地应力、采动活动、地下水、支护设计和施工质量。围岩的变形破坏形式主要有拉裂破坏、剪切破坏及复合破坏等三种。(2)完成了 4-2煤煤样室内物理力学试验,得到了自然与饱水状态下的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、抗剪强度、抗拉强度等参数。完成了煤样的三轴压缩试验,分析了三轴压缩条件下煤样的破坏规律。(3)报据顺槽围岩地质条件、顺槽变形、松动圈分布范围等实际情况,结合理论计算得到相关支护参数。采用FLAC数值模拟方法对顺槽围岩稳定性和支护方案的支护效果进行了评价,模拟结果表明:浅埋顺槽围岩支护设计参数合理。(4)完成了回采过程中顺槽围岩变形规律监测,得到了顺槽表面收敛、围岩位移、锚杆受力情况、顶板下沉量、顶板离层值、松动圈分布状况和超前单体液压支柱受力等数据。工程实践表明,支护方案安全可行。研究成果可为神南矿区其他煤矿以及该矿4-2煤其他备采工作面顺槽支护提供参考。
[Abstract]:It is of great engineering significance and value to carry out the supporting design of 4-2 24201 coal face in Shennan mining area. The deformation mechanism of surrounding rock along the channel is studied by theoretical method. The physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock are studied through laboratory tests. The support effect is evaluated by numerical simulation and field monitoring. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock along channel in shallow coal seam are analyzed. The main influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation in shallow seam include: depth of burial, nature of surrounding rock, ground stress of surrounding rock, mining activity, groundwater, support design and construction quality. The main deformation and failure forms of surrounding rock are tensile fracture, shear failure and composite failure. The indoor physical and mechanical tests of 4-2 coal samples have been completed. The uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of natural and saturated coal samples are obtained. Shear strength, tensile strength and other parameters. The triaxial compression test of coal sample is completed, and the failure rule of coal sample under triaxial compression condition is analyzed. According to the geological conditions of surrounding rock, deformation and distribution range of loosening circle, and so on, the relevant supporting parameters are obtained by theoretical calculation. The FLAC numerical simulation method is used to evaluate the stability of surrounding rock and the supporting effect of the supporting scheme. The simulation results show that the deformation law of surrounding rock along the trench is monitored by reasonable design parameters of shallow-buried surrounding rock in the process of mining. The data of surface convergence, displacement of surrounding rock, stress of anchor rod, subsidence of roof, value of roof separation, distribution of loose ring and stress of leading single hydraulic prop were obtained. Engineering practice shows that the supporting scheme is safe and feasible. The results can be used as a reference for other coal mines in Shennan mining area and other working faces of 4-2 coal in this mine.
