【摘要】:随着物流业的不断发展及人民对环境保护的迫切需求,发展绿色物流逐渐成为全世界的关注点。陕西作为煤炭大省,其煤炭绿色物流的发展却相对滞后,这不仅不符合国家和人民对于环保的需求,而且严重制约了陕西煤炭物流的可持续发展。为此,大力发展陕西煤炭绿色物流势在必行。而要大力发展陕西煤炭绿色物流,必须对目前陕西煤炭绿色物流发展情势进行评价与分析,得出其制约因素,提出相应对策。但是,目前还没有科学合理的煤炭绿色物流评价指标体系和策略,为此本文对此进行研究具有比较重要的理论和现实意义。本文在掌握国内外绿色物流、煤炭绿色物流和关于绿色物流评价研究现状的基础上,以问卷调查法、比较分析法、模糊综合分析法、层次分析法为研究方法,构建煤炭绿色物流的评价指标体系,构建评价模型;借鉴前人较为成熟的系统评价方法,结合陕西煤炭绿色物流的实际发展现状对其进行评价。主要研究工作如下:(1)首先,阐述了论文的研究背景及意义、研究综述,通过文献综述就绿色物流这一主题为以后的研究奠定了基础。(2)其次,介绍了相关绿色物流的相关理论及系统评价方法。(3)然后,针对陕西煤炭绿色物流的评价指标进行建构、构建评价模型,结合陕西煤炭绿色物流的实际发展现状对其进行评价。(4)接着是评价指标的应用。查找陕西煤炭物流的相关数据,同时结合构建的模型,对结果进行分析和计算,从而能够在一定程度上有效揭示陕西煤炭在绿色物流发展过程中的不足和可能提升的空间。(5)最后,是本文的研究结论与展望。本章构建出煤炭绿色物流评价指标及其评价模型,通过代入相关数据,得出相应地区煤炭绿色物流发展现状,根据现状分析原因给出相应的策略建议,希望改善并将绿色物流发展起来。通过本文的研究,得出陕西煤炭绿色物流现状是较差的这一结果。通过分析得出这一结果的原因,可以从建立指标体系的各项指标进行入手改善,并通过各项支撑的不同,重新进行归纳分类,得出陕西在发展煤炭绿色物流上的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of logistics industry and the urgent need of environmental protection, the development of green logistics has gradually become the focus of attention all over the world. As a big coal province, Shaanxi is lagging behind in the development of coal green logistics, which not only does not meet the needs of the country and people for environmental protection, but also seriously restricts the sustainable development of Shaanxi coal logistics. Therefore, it is imperative to vigorously develop Shaanxi coal green logistics. In order to develop Shaanxi coal green logistics vigorously, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the current development situation of Shaanxi coal green logistics, draw its restrictive factors and put forward corresponding countermeasures. However, there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and strategy for coal green logistics, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study this issue in this paper. On the basis of mastering the research status of green logistics, coal green logistics and evaluation of green logistics at home and abroad, this paper takes questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, fuzzy comprehensive analysis, analytic hierarchy process as the research methods. This paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of coal green logistics, and evaluates the green logistics of coal in Shaanxi province by referring to the more mature system evaluation methods of predecessors and combining with the actual development situation of Shaanxi coal green logistics. The main research work is as follows: (1) first of all, the research background and significance of the paper are expounded, and the research summary is summarized. The theme of green logistics is laid a foundation for further research through the literature review. The related theory and systematic evaluation method of green logistics are introduced. Then, the evaluation index of Shaanxi coal green logistics is constructed, and the evaluation model is constructed. Combined with the actual development of Shaanxi coal green logistics, the author evaluates it. 4) and then the application of evaluation index. Look up the relevant data of Shaanxi coal logistics, and combine the established model to analyze and calculate the results. Thus it can effectively reveal the deficiency of Shaanxi coal in the development of green logistics to a certain extent and the possible space for improvement. Finally, it is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. In this chapter, the evaluation index of coal green logistics and its evaluation model are constructed, and the current situation of coal green logistics development in the corresponding area is obtained through the substitution of relevant data, and the corresponding strategic suggestions are given according to the analysis of the present situation. Hope to improve and develop green logistics. Through the research of this paper, it is concluded that the present situation of Shaanxi coal green logistics is poor. Through the analysis of the reasons for this result, we can start from the establishment of the index system of each index to improve, and through the support of the different, reclassified, the Shaanxi in the development of coal green logistics strategy and suggestions.
