某尾矿回收金工艺对比试验研究

【摘要】:某浮选尾矿金品位偏高,品位为0.55 g/t。为回收该尾矿中的金,试验进行了直接磨矿浮选、分级粗粒再磨—全粒级浮选、尼尔森重选、氰化浸出四种工艺对比研究。研究结果表明,分级粗粒再磨—全粒级浮选工艺更适合该尾矿中金的回收,该工艺可获得金精矿产率为0.81%,品位为35.18 g/t,回收率为53.53%,浮选指标较好,工艺简单,按照现场原矿生产浮选流程,生产上易操作。经初步经济分析,该尾矿吨矿利润可达27.74元,工业应用价值较好。
[Abstract]:The gold grade of a flotation tailings is on the high side, with a grade of 0.55 g / t. In order to recover gold from the tailings, a comparative study was carried out on four technologies: direct grinding floatation, classifying coarse grain regrinding, full-grain flotation, Nielsen reconcentration and cyanide leaching. The results show that the process of classifying coarse grain regrinding and whole particle flotation is more suitable for the recovery of gold from the tailings. The gold concentrate rate is 0.81, the grade is 35.18 g / t, the recovery rate is 53.53, the flotation index is better and the process is simple. According to the field raw ore production flotation process, production is easy to operate. Through preliminary economic analysis, the profit of the tailings can reach 27.74 yuan, and the industrial application value is good.
