【摘要】：我国大型露天煤矿多采用分区开采,相邻采区间必然存在一个转向过渡接续的技术难题。通过对转向方案及转向期间的采剥工程问题进行研究,深入剖析不同转向方案的工程特点、适用范围,明确了主要影响因素,通过理论分析、实验室试验、数值模拟,建立了剥采工程优化模型,并应用于安家岭露天煤矿转向过渡工程中,验证了优化模型的正确性。基于不同转向方式的工程特点、适用范围,明确了采区接续期间的限制因素和优化目标,并进行了建模量化分析,基于分区开采露天煤矿基本转向方式,提出了剥采工程量表叠加法确定采区接续工程位置确定方法。根据转向期间的边坡服务性质、周期和稳定性要求等基本参数,分类讨论了边坡的几何及力学特征,提出了采区接续期间,边坡的安全管理和时效优化分析方法。对不同转向方式的特点和约束条件进行分析,明确了连续型和间断型转向方式的主要约束条件,建立了考虑设备、资金约束及时效边坡与经济运距的露天煤矿不同转向方式的综合评价模型。针对安家岭露天煤矿开采条件和剥采排工程现状,对露天矿的首采区向二采区转向接续方案进行研究,提出了四种转向接续方式,综合边坡和经济耦合的目标,利用综合优化模型确定了安家岭露天煤矿最佳转向方式为“L”形转向方案,确定了合理接续工程位置。
[Abstract]:The large open pit coal mines in China are mostly zonal mining, and there must be a technical problem of transition in adjacent mining areas. Through the study of the steering scheme and the mining and stripping engineering during the steering period, the engineering characteristics and applicable scope of the different steering schemes are analyzed in depth, and the main influencing factors are defined. Through theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, numerical simulation, The optimization model of stripping project is established and applied to the transition project of Anjialing opencast coal mine, and the correctness of the optimization model is verified. Based on the engineering characteristics of different steering modes and the scope of application, the limiting factors and optimization objectives during the continuation of mining areas are defined, and the modeling and quantitative analysis are carried out. In this paper, a method of determining the position of the continuous project in the mining area by the method of superposition of stripping and mining works is put forward. According to the basic parameters of slope service, period and stability, the geometric and mechanical characteristics of slope are classified and discussed, and the methods of slope safety management and time-dependent optimization analysis are put forward. The characteristics and constraint conditions of different steering modes are analyzed, the main constraint conditions of continuous and discontinuous steering modes are defined, and the equipment is established. Comprehensive evaluation model of different steering modes of open-pit coal mine with fund constraint and time-limited slope and economic transportation distance. In view of the mining conditions and the current situation of stripping and drainage engineering in Anjialing opencast coal mine, the paper studies the scheme of turning from the first mining area to the second mining area of the open-pit mine, and puts forward four kinds of steering connection modes, which synthesizes the target of slope and economic coupling. The optimal steering mode of Anjialing opencast coal mine is "L" shape steering scheme, and the reasonable position of continuous project is determined by using the comprehensive optimization model.
