方钢管混凝土拱架套管节点压弯试验研究

【摘要】:为掌握钢管混凝土拱架套管节点压弯力学特性,考虑核心混凝土强度等级、套管长度、套管壁厚、套管间隙4个影响因素,设计了正交试验方案。采用ABAQUS开展了数值试验,并通过室内试验进行了验证;分析了套管节点偏压作用下的运动及受力变形模式;得到了套管试件的Mu-Nu曲线,拟合了试件的压弯承载力表达式;对极限承载力的正交分析发现,核心混凝土强度、套管长度分别是影响试件轴压承载力和抗弯承载力的主要因素,其他因素的影响很小;套管节点的存在使试件的轴压承载力降低30%左右,也使试件的抗压弯综合能力降低,且套管越短,降低越明显。
[Abstract]:In order to master the bending mechanical characteristics of the pipe joint of concrete filled steel tube arch, the orthogonal test scheme was designed considering the strength grade of core concrete, the length of casing, the thickness of casing wall and the gap between the casing, and the numerical test was carried out with ABAQUS, and the motion of the casing joint under the bias pressure was analyzed. The Mu-Nu curve of the casing specimen is obtained and the expression of the bending bearing capacity of the specimen is fitted. The orthogonal analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity shows that the strength of the core concrete and the length of the casing are the main factors affecting the axial bearing capacity and bending bearing capacity of the specimen, and the influence of other factors is very small; the existence of the casing joints makes the test. The axial bearing capacity of the specimen is reduced by about 30%, and the compressive strength of the specimen is reduced. The shorter the casing is, the more obvious the reduction is.
