絮凝剂单耗对全尾砂浆浑液面沉速的影响规律

【摘要】:以某铅锌银矿全尾砂沉降试验为例,分析添加不同絮凝剂单耗时,全尾砂浆浑液面沉速的变化规律,旨在探究3个不同沉降阶段的机理。结果表明:随添加相对分子质量为8×10~6的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)单耗的增加,1 min内全尾砂浆的浑液面沉速先增加后减小;在加速自由沉降段,游离的"细"颗粒尾砂及过多的絮团水影响了浑液面沉速;在干涉沉降段,空间位阻效应导致的尾砂颗粒间互相排斥降低了浑液面沉速;在压缩沉降段,孔隙水减少及絮团水增加改变界面沉速;絮凝剂单耗0、10、20、30和40 g/t分别表示无、低、合理、高和超量。
[Abstract]:Taking the whole tailings settlement test of a lead-zinc silver mine as an example, this paper analyzes the variation law of settling velocity of muddy liquid surface with different flocculant single time consuming and full tail mortar, in order to explore the mechanism of three different settling stages. The results show that with the increase of unit consumption of anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) with relative molecular weight of 8 脳 10 ~ (6), the settling velocity of muddy liquid surface of full-tail mortar firstly increases and then decreases in 1 min. Free "fine" particle tailings and excessive floc water affect the settling velocity of muddy liquid surface; in the interference settlement section, the velocity of settling of muddy liquid surface is reduced by mutual exclusion between the particles caused by the spatial steric resistance effect; in the compression settlement section, the settling speed of muddy liquid surface is reduced by the free "fine" particle tailings and too much floc water. The decrease of pore water and the increase of flocculation water change the interfacial sedimentation rate, and the flocculant consumption of 0 10% 20% 30 and 40 g / t respectively means no, low, reasonable, high and excess.
