高寒地区露天边坡稳定性分析及结构参数优化研究

【摘要】:随着矿业经济的增长,我国在高寒地区的矿山工程建设得到了很大的发展。矿山的建设规模及复杂性的增大带来了复杂的工程地质及岩土工程问题。温度变化对长年冻土地区高含水量边坡的稳定性具有显著的影响。认识高寒地区冻融灾害对边坡稳定性的影响,以便在工程设计和开采过程中降低这种灾害的影响,是高寒地区矿产资源合理开发的重要研究内容。蒙古国敖包锌矿是一座位于高寒地区的露天矿山。由于受不良的边坡工程地质条件、边坡结构参数不合理以及冻融和爆破震动影响,台阶边坡发生垮塌,局部地段边坡发生滑坡,严重影响了矿山的生产安全和经济效益。为了消除矿山的生产安全隐患,确保矿山的生产安全。结合敖包锌矿的实际情况,通过现场调查、实验室试验、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,开展了高寒地区边坡稳定性分析和结构参数优化研究,主要研究内容和成果如下:(1)采用SIROVISION三维数字摄影测量和岩体结构分析系统等手段开展了矿山工程地质调查,对组成边坡的矽卡岩、大理岩和花岗岩等六种岩性进行了室内岩石力学实验,运用RMR、CSMR等分级方法对边坡工程岩体进行质量评价。在此基础上,对露天边坡进行工程地质分区,分析了各边坡区段的破坏模式。(2)建立了冻融环境多场耦合条件下露天边坡稳定性计算模型,分析了边坡在环境温度分别为-10℃、-20℃、-30℃时岩体内部温度梯度变化特征,确定冻融边界线位置。研究了露天边坡在重力场、温度场及其耦合情况下,不同环境温度时的应力及冻胀变化规律。(3)采用RMR岩体分类法、HOEK-BROWN破坏准则、格吉法以及反算法获取力学参数。综合考虑边坡的岩体组成、工程地质条件以及边坡高度及形状等因素,利用边坡岩体室内试验和现场试验成果,采用极限平衡法和有限元强度折减法对不同工况下矿山设计边坡的稳定性进行分析。(4)在边坡稳定性分析和对冻融环境影响规律研究的基础上,对矿山设计边坡的参数优化方案进行对比分析。综合分析考虑了整体边坡稳定性、冻融环境引起的台阶边坡滚石灾害防护要求,确定了安全可靠、经济合理的边坡参数优化方案。
[Abstract]:With the growth of mining economy, the mine engineering construction in the alpine area has been greatly developed. The increase of the scale and complexity of mine construction brings complex engineering geology and geotechnical engineering problems. The change of temperature has a significant effect on the stability of the slope with high water content in the long frozen soil area. Understanding the influence of freezing and thawing disaster on slope stability in high cold area in order to reduce the influence of this disaster in the course of engineering design and mining is an important research content of rational exploitation of mineral resources in alpine region. Mongol Aobo zinc mine is an open-pit mine located in high and cold regions. Due to poor engineering geological conditions, unreasonable slope structural parameters, freezing and thawing and blasting vibration, the step slope collapses and the local slope landslide, which seriously affects the safety of production and economic benefits of the mine. In order to eliminate the hidden trouble of mine production safety and ensure the safety of mine production. Combined with the actual situation of Aobo zinc mine, the stability analysis and structural parameter optimization of slope in high and cold region were carried out by the methods of field investigation, laboratory test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the mine engineering geological survey was carried out by means of SIROVISION 3D digital photogrammetry and rock mass structure analysis system. Six kinds of rock properties, such as marble and granite, were tested in laboratory, and the quality of slope engineering rock mass was evaluated by RMR-CSMR classification method. On this basis, the engineering geological zoning of open-pit slope is carried out, and the failure modes of each slope section are analyzed. (2) the calculation model of slope stability in freeze-thaw environment under multi-field coupling condition is established.
