矿用防腐聚氨酯和防腐聚脲试验研究

【摘要】:我国是产煤大国,煤炭行业在我国经济发展中有着举足轻重的地位。煤炭开采过程中需要大量机械设备的支持,而煤矿环境比较复杂,充斥着各种腐蚀性气体和液体,容易对机械设备造成损害,危及煤矿作业安全。因此性能优异的防腐涂层对煤矿机械有重要意义。另外,煤矿中存在着煤粉和瓦斯气体等易燃易爆的物质,这就要求矿用防腐涂层必须具备抗静电阻燃性能。为研制出性能优异的矿用抗静电阻燃防腐涂层,本文进行了一系列的试验研究。首先研究了水性聚氨酯的制备工艺,测试了聚氨酯涂层在金属表面的力学性能。根据国家标准GB/T1720-79(89)测试出水性聚氨酯涂层的附着力等级为5级,根据国家标准GB/T6739-2006测试出水性聚氨酯涂层的铅笔硬度为H,虽然满足矿用涂料的基本要求,但是力学性能表现一般。本文接下来研究了 PAE聚脲的制备工艺,使用聚醚胺(D-230)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)、己二胺(HAD)和二环己基甲烷二胺(HMDA)分别制备了四种聚脲涂层,并测试了各种涂层的力学性能和防腐性能。试验结果表明,聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲的凝胶时间可以通过调整配方来控制,凝胶时间从十几秒到几个小时不等。力学性能和防腐性能测试结果表明PAE聚脲有良好的性能,因此确定选择聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲作为主要研究对象,对其进行抗静电和阻燃改性。本文选用导电云母粉作为抗静电剂、TCPP作为阻燃剂进行试验研究,发现添加20%的导电云母粉和7%的TCPP可以使聚脲达到矿用抗静电阻燃要求。对改性后的抗静电阻燃聚脲涂层进行性能测试,发现其力学性能和防腐性能没有因抗静电阻燃改性受到大的影响。本文最后介绍了聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲在煤矿中的实际应用情况,并对施工设备和施工工艺进行了介绍。本课题研究的聚脲产品性能优异,施工方便,并且种类丰富,用途广泛,在实际应用中表现良好。
[Abstract]:China is a big coal-producing country, and the coal industry plays an important role in the economic development of our country. The coal mining process needs the support of a large number of mechanical equipment, but the coal mine environment is more complex, full of various corrosive gases and liquids, easy to cause damage to the machinery and equipment, endangering the safety of coal mine operations. Therefore, the anticorrosive coating with excellent performance is of great significance to coal mine machinery. In addition, there are combustible and explosive materials such as coal powder and gas in coal mine, which requires the anti-static and flame-retardant property of mine anticorrosion coating. A series of experiments have been carried out in this paper in order to develop a mine antistatic flame retardant and anticorrosive coating with excellent properties. Firstly, the preparation process of waterborne polyurethane was studied, and the mechanical properties of polyurethane coating on metal surface were tested. According to the national standard GB/ T1720-79 (89), the adhesion grade of waterborne polyurethane coating is 5 grade, and the pencil hardness of waterborne polyurethane coating is tested according to the national standard GB / T6739-2006. Although it meets the basic requirements of mineral coatings, the mechanical properties are general. Four polyurea coatings were prepared by polyether amine (D-230), isophorone diamine (IPDA), hexanediamine (had) and dicyclohexylmethane diamine (HMDA). The results show that the gel time of polyaspartic acid ester polyurea can be controlled by adjusting the formula, and the gel time ranges from 10 seconds to several hours. The test results of mechanical and anticorrosive properties showed that PAE polyurea had good performance. Therefore, polyaspartic acid ester polyurea was selected as the main research object, and its antistatic and flame retardant modification was carried out. In this paper, conductive mica powder was selected as antistatic agent TCPP as flame retardant. It was found that 20% conductive mica powder and 7% TCPP could make polyurea meet the requirements of mine antistatic and flame retardant. The mechanical and anticorrosive properties of the modified antistatic flame-retardant polyurea coating were not greatly affected by the antistatic and flame-retardant modification. Finally, the paper introduces the practical application of polyaspartic acid ester polyurea in coal mine, and introduces the construction equipment and construction technology. The polyurea product studied in this paper has excellent performance, convenient construction, rich variety, wide application and good performance in practical application.
