贵州威宁玉龙铌矿稀土富集层的发现及其成矿意义

【摘要】:在贵州威宁玉龙铌矿区上二叠统宣威组(P_3x)含煤岩系底部铝质粘土岩中发现了稀土富集层。通过详细的剖面沉积序列和稀土元素地球化学研究,发现在该铝土质粘土岩中稀土元素异常富集,∑RE_2O_3介于0.149%~1.494%,平均0.690%,厚1.5 m,稀土含量略高于贵州西部同类型玄武岩风化壳稀土矿床;并呈现出块状玄武岩→凝灰质粘土岩→铝土质粘土岩稀土含量依次升高,δEu则呈现渐强的负异常,说明基性玄武岩的风化作用造成了稀土的富集和δEu的负异常。对矿床成因类型分析认为属于风化淋滤成因稀土矿床。
