夏店矿35煤柱回收工作面覆岩运动破断特征及矿压显现研究

【摘要】:随着全社会对资源回收利用的要求日益提高,矿井采区煤柱的回收越来越受到人们的重视。煤柱回收工作面因为其两侧都已经采空,使得其具有特殊的覆岩运动破断特征。特别是煤柱回收过程中往往会遇到其它已有采区的空巷等特殊情况,导致煤柱回收工作面与普通工作面相比具有不同的矿压显现规律,给煤柱回收工作面开采造成了很大的困难。目前,对于工作面上覆岩层运动破断特征及矿压显现规律的研究工作主要针对的是普通采场。 本文结合潞安集团慈林山煤业夏店矿35煤柱回收工作面的地质条件,采用理论分析、FLAC软件模拟以及现场实测相结合的方法,对夏店矿35煤柱回收工作面上覆岩层破断特征及矿压显现规律进行比较全面的研究,为采场围岩控制提供了依据。主要研究内容如下: (1)35煤柱回收工作面上覆岩层破断高度及整体破断形态; (2)35煤柱回收工作面矿压显现规律,具体包括工作面来压步距情况、液压支架工作阻力分布特征、超前支承压力情况和工作面回采巷道表面位移规律; (3)过空巷期间矿压显现特征及巷道围岩控制措施。 结合实际回采效果,本文的研究内容为夏店矿35煤柱回收工作面安全、高效生产提供了基本保障,对相似地质条件下煤柱回收工作面的回采具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of the whole society for the recovery and utilization of resources, people pay more and more attention to the recovery of coal pillars in mining areas. Pillar mining face has special overlying movement breaking characteristics because it has been mined out on both sides. Especially in the process of coal pillar recovery, some special situations such as other empty roadways in existing mining areas are often encountered, which leads to different rules of mine pressure behavior in pillar recovery working face compared with common working face. The mining of coal pillar mining face has caused great difficulties. At present, the research on the breaking characteristics of overlying strata and the regularity of rock pressure behavior are mainly aimed at the common stope. Combined with the geological conditions of No. 35 pillar recovery working face of Xiadian Coal Mine in Cilinshan Coal Industry of Lu'an Group, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with FLAC software simulation and field measurement. The fracture characteristics of overlying strata and the regularity of rock pressure appearance in No. 35 coal pillar recovery face of Xadian Coal Mine are studied comprehensively, which provides a basis for the control of surrounding rock in stope. The main contents of the study are as follows: (1) the breaking height of overlying strata and the breakage form of overlying strata in 35 coal pillar recovery face; (2) the regularity of mine pressure appearance in 35 coal pillar recovery working face, including the working face pressure step distance, The working resistance distribution characteristics of hydraulic support, the advance supporting pressure and the surface displacement law of mining roadway in working face; (3) the characteristics of mine pressure behavior and the control measures of surrounding rock in roadway during the gob passage. Combined with the actual mining results, the research content of this paper provides a basic guarantee for the safety and efficient production of the No. 35 pillar recovery face in Xadian Coal Mine, and has a certain reference value for the coal pillar recovery working face under similar geological conditions.
