表面活性剂对煤体瓦斯解吸性能影响的实验研究

【摘要】:为明确表面活性剂对煤体瓦斯解吸特性的影响,实验测定了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与椰油酸二乙醇酰胺(CDEA)在不同浓度的表面张力、接触角,选择新疆硫磺沟4-504煤样测定SDBS、CDEA以及两者复配条件下煤体瓦斯解吸量及解吸速度。结果表明:煤体瓦斯解吸总量随解吸时间的增加而增加,最后趋于稳定,两者符合Langmuir关系;解吸速度随解吸时间增加逐渐减小,符合幂函数关系;随着表面活性剂浓度的增加,表面张力、接触角、煤体瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度均减小;接触角、表面张力与单一表面活性剂浓度都符合幂函数关系;瓦斯解吸量、解吸速度与单一表面活性剂浓度是负线性相关关系;与复配的表面活性剂浓度成非线性递减关系。
[Abstract]:The surface tension and contact angle of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBs) and coconut oil diethanolamide (CDEA) at different concentrations were determined in order to determine the effect of surfactant on the gas desorption characteristics of coal body. The coal samples from Xinjiang Sulphur ditch 4-504 were selected to determine the SDBS CDEA and the gas desorption capacity and desorption rate of coal body under the condition of the combination of them. The results show that the total amount of gas desorption increases with the increase of desorption time and tends to be stable, both of which conform to Langmuir relation, the desorption rate decreases gradually with the increase of desorption time and accords with the power function relationship, and with the increase of surfactant concentration, the desorption rate decreases gradually with the increase of desorption time. Surface tension, contact angle, gas desorption capacity and desorption rate of coal body are all reduced; contact angle, surface tension and concentration of single surfactant are all in accordance with power function; The desorption rate has a negative linear correlation with the concentration of a single surfactant and a nonlinear decreasing relationship with the concentration of the complex surfactant.
