回收凡口铅锌矿极细粒级黄铁矿的试验研究

【摘要】:本研究针对凡口铅锌矿平均粒径为10μm的极细粒级黄铁矿开展分选研究。研究发现凡口铅锌矿铅锌尾矿总量13%~20%的极细粒硫资源从浓密机溢流中流失,经Ф53m浓密机浓缩后底流直接送至尾矿库。试验研究了对这部分硫资源的最佳回收工艺,最终确定了Ф53m浓密机底流经脱泥与原高硫给矿合并进入原选硫工艺的新流程,对比旧流程不仅可提高总硫回收率,也可减少对尾矿库的输送量。 工艺矿物学研究显示,试样中可供选矿富集回收的主要元素是铁和硫,品位分别为23.41%、25.04%;金属矿物主要是黄铁矿,次为方铅矿、闪锌矿,脉石矿物以石英、方解石和绢云母为主。黄铁矿呈单体产出占94.93%。 浮选试验研究显示,极细粒级全粒级浮选闭路试验硫精矿品位47.05%,回收率84.36%。经旋流器脱泥后浮选,粗选硫精矿品位44.45%,回收率57.67%。沉砂和原高硫给矿按干矿质量比2:8混合进行浮选,粗选硫精矿品位43.25%,回收率58.15%。混合矿的浮选结果与原工艺硫给矿单独浮选指标相近,推测混合浮选工艺流程在工业生产上具有可行性。 工业试验研究显示,混合矿的浮选新工艺总硫精矿品位达到47%以上,对比旧工艺回收率提高了5.22%。新工艺具有投资少,,见效快的效果。新工艺每年可多生产6.73万吨合格的高硫精矿,除去选矿成本,每年可增加923.7万元收入。
[Abstract]:In this study, the study was conducted on the fine fine-grained pyrite with an average diameter of 10 mu m in Fankou Lead zinc mine. The study found that the extremely fine sulfur resources of 13%~20% of the total amount of lead and zinc tailings in Fankou Lead zinc mine were lost from the overflow of the thickener, and the bottom current was directly sent to the tailings reservoir after concentrated 53m thickener. The best recovery of this part of the sulfur resource was tested and studied. The process has finally determined the new process of merging the bottom flow of the 53m thickener through degash and the original high sulphur entry into the primary sulfur separation process. Compared to the old process, the total sulfur recovery rate can be improved and the transportation amount of the tailings can be reduced.
The technical mineralogical study shows that iron and sulfur are the main elements for beneficiation and recovery in the sample, the grade is 23.41%, 25.04%, the metal minerals are mainly pyrite, the second is galena, the sphalerite and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, calcite and sericite, and the pyrite is 94.93%..
The flotation test shows that the grade of sulphur concentrate is 47.05%, the recovery rate is 47.05%, the recovery rate is 44.45%, the recovery rate is 44.45%, the recovery rate is 57.67%. and the original high sulfur content is mixed with 2:8, and the grade of sulphur concentrate is 43.25%, and the recovery rate of 58.15%. mixed ore floats. The results are similar to those of the original process, and it is assumed that the mixed flotation process is feasible in industrial production.
The industrial test study shows that the grade of total sulphur concentrate of the new flotation process of the mixed ore is above 47%. Compared with the old technology, the new technology of 5.22%. new technology has the effect of less investment and faster effect. The new process can produce 67 thousand and 300 tons of qualified high sulfur concentrate every year, and the cost of mineral processing can be removed, and the income can be increased by 9 million 237 thousand yuan a year.
