【摘要】：企业的发展战略是关于企业发展的谋略,是对各种战略的概括,具有全面性、持久性、基本性三个特点。其作为企业管理学和经济学的重要组成部分,主导着企业的持续性发展。随着我国市场经济的发展和完善,应当更加重视企业发展战略在企业可持续发展的进程中的突出作用。2015年,国内煤炭价格持续下降,煤炭行业市场萧条,市场竞争环境恶化,竞争更加剧烈。内蒙古伊泰集团是内蒙古鄂尔多斯市的一家大型民营能源企业,以煤炭的产运销为主业,因此企业盈利能力也深受打击。在如此恶劣的市场环境下,作为内蒙古最大的民营煤炭企业,实现战略转型是刻不容缓的。因此,为实现企业的可持续发展需进一步研究和探索企业的发展战略。本文结合煤炭行业的特征,通过收集资料、实地调研和相关人员访谈等方式对影响本企业的发展战略要素进行分析,深入了解了企业发展战略的构架,并结合当地经济形势以及宏观市场情况,建立了一套战略测评体系。本文首先引用了企业发展战略的理论研究成果,了解学习国内外其他学者对企业发展战略所作的理论研究,其次,在对煤炭行业的特征和伊泰集团的外部环境及内部条件分析评价的基础上,总结出企业发展所依托的核心价值观以及战略定位,为以下分析伊泰集团发展战略的规划及选择提供依据,最后在全面分析公司发展战略要素的基础上,结合行业形势及企业是情况,提出伊泰集团发展战略的制定方向。
[Abstract]:The development strategy of the enterprise is the strategy of the development of the enterprise, it is the summary of all kinds of strategies, which has three characteristics: comprehensiveness, permanence and basic. As an important part of enterprise management and economics, it dominates the sustainable development of enterprises. With the development and perfection of China's market economy, more attention should be paid to the prominent role of enterprise development strategy in the process of sustainable development of enterprises. In 2015, the domestic coal price continues to decline, the coal industry market is depressed, and the market competition environment deteriorates. The competition is more intense. Inner Mongolia Yitai Group is a large private energy enterprise in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, which is mainly engaged in coal production and marketing, so the profitability of the enterprise is also hit hard. In such a bad market environment, as the largest private coal enterprises in Inner Mongolia, it is urgent to realize strategic transformation. Therefore, in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises, it is necessary to further study and explore the development strategy of enterprises. Based on the characteristics of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the development strategy of the enterprise by collecting data, field investigation and interview with related personnel, and deeply understands the framework of the enterprise development strategy. Combined with the local economic situation and macro-market situation, a set of strategic evaluation system was established. This paper first cited the theoretical research results of enterprise development strategy, and learned the theoretical research of enterprise development strategy made by other scholars at home and abroad. Secondly, Based on the analysis and evaluation of the characteristics of the coal industry and the external environment and internal conditions of the Yitai Group, the core values and strategic positioning of the enterprise development are summarized. It provides the basis for the following analysis of the planning and selection of the development strategy of the Yitai Group. Finally, on the basis of the overall analysis of the elements of the development strategy of the company, combined with the situation of the industry and the situation of the enterprise, the formulation direction of the development strategy of the Yitai Group is put forward.
