高铁锰矿熔融还原锰铁分离工艺研究

【摘要】:高铁锰矿往往因锰、铁矿物共生关系密切,嵌布粒度细,部分锰铁呈类质同象形态存在,导致机械方法难以分离锰铁。试验以铁品位为42.32%、锰品位为9.24%的某高铁锰矿为原料,开展了熔融还原"二步法"分离锰铁工艺研究。试验结果表明,矿石在预还原温度为1 050℃,预还原时间为90 min,总碳铁比为1.8(内配碳碳铁比为0.1)的条件下预还原,所得预还原产品的全铁品位和铁金属化率分别为56.36%和95.49%;预还原产品在熔分温度为1 450℃、熔分时间为20 min、熔分阶段碳铁比为0.05条件下进行渣铁分离,铁水铁品位高达93.77%、铁回收率达98.24%、含锰1.18%,富锰渣锰品位为32.18%、锰回收率为93.98%,铁、锰分离效果良好。
[Abstract]:Ferromanganese ore often has close symbiotic relationship with manganese and iron minerals, with fine intercalated granularity, and some ferromanganese is in the form of similar material, which makes it difficult to separate ferromanganese by mechanical method.
