尼尔森重选在两段磨矿中的配置研究及实践

【摘要】:介绍了四方金矿的矿石性质、尼尔森选矿机在四方金矿的应用情况。针对原重选工艺流程中存在的金重选回收率低、浓密金品位波动幅度大、一段球磨机负荷大等问题进行了分析。进行了重选工艺流程试验,对试验结果进行了分析与讨论,确定了最优重选工艺流程,并用于生产实践。应用后,金重选回收率提高至47%,处理矿量提高131 t/d,平均尾渣和尾液金品位分别降低了0.006 g/t和0.002 g/m3,选冶回收率提高了0.84%,减少了氰化钠消耗和电解开机塔数,节省了材料消耗,降低了浓密机底流金品位及其波动幅度,优化了生产工艺。每年综合经济效益975万元。
[Abstract]:The ore properties of Sifang Gold Mine and the application of Nielsen concentrator in Sifang Gold Mine are introduced. The problems such as low recovery rate of gold reconcentration, wide fluctuation of gold grade and heavy load of the first stage ball mill in the original gravity separation process were analyzed. The test of gravity separation process was carried out, the test results were analyzed and discussed, the optimum gravity separation process was determined and used in production practice. After application, the recovery rate of gold reconcentration increased to 47, the amount of ore treated increased by 131t / d, the average grade of tailings and the gold grade of tail-liquid decreased by 0.006 g / t and 0.002 g / m ~ 3, respectively, and the recovery rate of dressing and smelting increased by 0.844%, which reduced the consumption of sodium cyanide and the number of electrolytic turn-on towers, and saved the consumption of materials. The bottom flow gold grade and its fluctuation range of thickener are reduced, and the production process is optimized. The comprehensive economic benefit is 9.75 million yuan per year.
