某辉钼矿尾矿提取石英的实验研究

【摘要】:针对黑龙江某辉钼矿尾矿进行了矿物分析,结果显示该尾矿中石英的含量为70.63%,铁矿物含量为1.56%。为了提取其中的铁和石英,提高资源利用率,采取"尾矿磁选-酸浸-碱法浮选"的实验流程,在磁场强度为160 k A/m时取得了铁精矿品位21.12%,回收率85.83%;采用硫酸浓度为60%、固液比为4、温度为20℃、反应时间为120 min的酸浸实验得到了SiO_2含量为91.48%的酸浸精矿;通过碱法浮选最终获得了SiO_2含量为98.14%,氧化铝含量为0.52%的石英精矿。
[Abstract]:The mineral analysis of a molybdenum tailings in Heilongjiang Province shows that the content of quartz in the tailings is 70.63 and the content of iron ore is 1.56. In order to extract iron and quartz and improve the utilization of resources, the experimental process of "tailings magnetic separation, acid leaching and alkaline flotation" was adopted.
