内蒙古西部地区侏罗纪煤自燃氧化规律研究

【摘要】:我国西北地区侏罗纪煤炭资源储量丰富,煤质优良,变质程度较低,以烟煤为主,煤层自燃现象较为严重,随着侏罗纪煤开采量的不断提高,侏罗纪煤自然发火危害日益凸显,严重威胁侏罗纪煤层的正常开采。本文以蒙西地区侏罗纪煤为研究对象,对蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃的宏观和微观参数进行了实验测定,在煤氧复合理论的基础上,分析了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃氧化过程,最终得出蒙西地区侏罗纪自燃氧化特性。论文成果补充和完善了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃机理研究实验参数,同时为侏罗纪煤层自然发火预测预报及防治工作提供了参考依据。 通过煤的工业分析、静态吸氧量和程序升温标志性气体生成实验,分别对蒙西地区侏罗纪煤的煤质组成、自燃倾向性和低温氧化阶段标志性气体生成规律进行了实验室测定,并与其他成煤时期煤样的测定结果进行对比,,从宏观方面分析了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃氧化特性; 通过傅立叶红外光谱扫描实验,对蒙西地区侏罗纪煤在低温氧化阶段的不同氧化温度时的官能团进行了实验室测定,分析了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤低温氧化过程中,羟基、含氧官能团、脂肪烃和芳香烃四个主要类别官能团的变化规律,从微观方面分析了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃氧化特性; 通过差式量热扫描(DSC)实验,测定出蒙西地区侏罗纪煤自燃氧化过程的吸、放热量。按煤样吸、放热规律,把蒙西地区侏罗纪煤样DSC曲线划分为三个不同的典型阶段;分析了不同升温速率下的DSC曲线,最终获得了不同升温速率下蒙西地区侏罗纪煤样的吸、放热规律,并对蒙西地区侏罗纪煤样进行了动力学分析,在Kissinger方法的基础上,计算得出了蒙西地区侏罗纪煤在低温氧化过程中的表观活化能。
[Abstract]:The Jurassic coal resources in Northwest China are rich in reserves, excellent in coal quality, low in metamorphism, mainly in bituminous coal, and the phenomenon of coal spontaneous combustion is more serious. With the continuous improvement of Jurassic coal extraction, the natural combustion hazards of Jurassic coal are increasingly prominent. It is a serious threat to the normal mining of Jurassic coal seam. In this paper, the macroscopical and microscopic parameters of Jurassic coal spontaneous combustion in Mengxi area are measured experimentally. On the basis of the composite theory of coal and oxygen, the oxidation process of Jurassic coal spontaneous combustion in Mengxi area is analyzed. Finally, the characteristics of Jurassic spontaneous combustion oxidation in Mengxi area were obtained. The results of this paper complement and perfect the experimental parameters of the study on the spontaneous combustion mechanism of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area, and provide a reference for the prediction, prediction and prevention of the spontaneous combustion of Jurassic coal seams. Based on the industrial analysis of coal, static oxygen absorption and temperature programmed gas generation experiments, the coal composition, spontaneous combustion tendency and characteristic gas generation in low temperature oxidation stage of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area were measured in laboratory. Compared with other coal samples during coal-forming period, the oxidation characteristics of Jurassic coal spontaneous combustion in Mengxi area were analyzed from the macroscopic aspect, and the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) scanning experiment was used to analyze the oxidation characteristics of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area. The functional groups of Jurassic coal at different oxidation temperatures at low temperature in Mengxi area were determined in laboratory. The hydroxyl groups and oxygen-containing functional groups in the low temperature oxidation process of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area were analyzed. The characteristics of spontaneous combustion and oxidation of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area were analyzed from the microscopic point of view, and the differential calorimetry scanning (DSC) experiment was used to analyze the variation of four main functional groups of aliphatic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon. The absorption and release of heat during the process of spontaneous combustion of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area were measured. According to the absorption and exothermic law of coal samples, the DSC curve of Jurassic coal samples in Mengxi area is divided into three typical stages, and the DSC curves at different heating rates are analyzed, and the absorption of Jurassic coal samples at different heating rates in Mengxi area is obtained. On the basis of Kissinger's method, the apparent activation energy of Jurassic coal in Mengxi area during low temperature oxidation was calculated.
