GPS2445型高频振动筛的优化设计与力学分析

【摘要】:国民经济快速发展,对环境要求也越来越高,煤炭的洁净环保化使用也越来越受重视。振动筛分设备作为煤炭处理的重要设备被广泛运用于各级别的选煤厂,在煤炭的深加工、筛分和洁净化等方面起了重要的作用。 高频振动筛是选煤厂常用的振动筛,本文以GPS2445型号高频振动筛为研究对象,对振动筛的参数进行选型和计算,得到了振动筛的运动学和动力学相关参数,并采用Creo Parametric三维软件对振动筛进行了结构设计,得到振动筛的三维模型。 静力学分析方面,对振动筛进行力学分析,建立力学模型,分析计算振动筛的载荷类型和载荷大小。根据计算的载荷大小,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对振动筛受力的关键部件进行静力学分析,分别得到了支撑梁和弹簧支座的应力和变形云图,静力学分析结果显示主要受力部件支撑梁和弹簧支座设计合理,强度可靠。 动力学分析方面,对GPS2445振动筛的筛箱进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。通过模态分析,获得了振动筛筛箱前10阶振型;通过谐响应分析,得到了筛箱在0-150Hz频率下的应力、变形和加速度响应。同时还分析得到了筛箱在60Hz共振频率和15.8Hz工频频率下的应力和变形情况,结果显示,振动筛在工频情况下具有很好的稳定性和安全性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the environmental requirements are becoming higher and higher, and more attention has been paid to the clean and environmentally friendly use of coal. As an important equipment for coal treatment, vibrating screening equipment is widely used in coal preparation plants at various levels. It plays an important role in the deep processing, screening and cleaning of coal. The high frequency vibrating screen is the commonly used vibrating screen in coal preparation plant. This paper takes GPS2445 high frequency vibrating screen as the research object, the parameters of the vibrating screen are selected and calculated, and the kinematics and dynamics parameters of the vibrating screen are obtained. The structure of the vibrating screen is designed by using Creo Parametric software, and the three-dimensional model of the vibrating screen is obtained. In the aspect of static analysis, the mechanical analysis of vibrating screen is carried out, the mechanical model is established, and the load type and load size of vibrating screen are analyzed and calculated. According to the calculated load size, the stress and deformation cloud diagrams of the supporting beam and spring support are obtained by using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the key components of the vibration screen. The results of statics analysis show that the supporting beam and spring bearing are reasonable in design and reliable in strength. In the aspect of dynamic analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the screen box of GPS2445 vibrating screen are carried out. Through modal analysis, the first 10 vibration modes of the vibrating screen box are obtained, and the stress, deformation and acceleration responses of the screen box at 0-150 Hz frequency are obtained by harmonic response analysis. At the same time, the stress and deformation of the screen box at 60 Hz resonance frequency and 15. 8 Hz power frequency are analyzed. The results show that the vibrating screen has good stability and safety under the power frequency condition.
