大采高综放工作面交叉侧卸配套技术及应用

【摘要】:针对国内综放开采后部刮板输送机采用端卸,导致工作面机头和机尾部放煤效果差的情况,根据东滩煤矿1306工作面的地质条件,介绍综放工作面交叉侧卸总体配套技术,提出综放工作面后部输送机采用交叉侧卸方式,实现前后部机头、机尾中心距与中间段中心距一致,介绍了研发的新型综放工作面端头、过渡支架和巷尾支架。试验表明,交叉侧卸方式可改变现有综放工作面端头区的配套模式,能完善综放工作面端头部的支护效果,提高回收率。
[Abstract]:In view of the situation that the end unloading of the scraper conveyer in the rear part of domestic fully mechanized caving mining leads to the poor coal caving effect at the head and tail of the coal face, according to the geological conditions of the 1306 working face in Dongtan Coal Mine, the overall supporting technology of the cross side unloading in the fully mechanized caving face is introduced. This paper puts forward that the rear part conveyer of fully mechanized caving face adopts cross side unloading method to realize the same center distance between the front and rear parts and the center distance between the tail and the middle section. A new type of fully mechanized top-coal caving face end head, transition support and roadway tail support are introduced in this paper. The test results show that the cross side unloading method can change the supporting mode of the end of the fully mechanized caving face, perfect the support effect of the end head of the fully mechanized caving face, and increase the recovery rate.
