刨刀刨削煤岩特性数值模拟研究

【摘要】:为了探索薄煤层刨煤机刨刀刨削煤岩的破碎过程及其力学特性,基于有限元数值仿真分析方法分析煤岩截割过程的显示动力特性。依据煤岩三向应力测试试验,构建出基于Drucker Prager准则的煤岩本构模型。以煤岩刨削截深、煤岩刨削速度、刨刀前角为水平因素设计单因素仿真分析试验,实现煤岩破碎形态与刨刀煤岩截割力的研究。研究结果表明:煤屑块度与煤岩刨削截深有关,随着截深的增大,块度增大;随着刨削速度的增加,煤屑的块度变化趋势不明显,煤岩在α=30°刨刀作用下,截割剥离煤屑块度较大;刨刀煤岩截割负载随着截深的增大而增大;随着转速与截割深度的增加,前角为30°的刨刀负载呈线性上升趋势。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the crushing process and mechanical characteristics of coal and rock in thin coal planer, the dynamic characteristics of coal and rock cutting are analyzed based on finite element numerical simulation method. Based on the three dimensional stress test of coal and rock, the constitutive model of coal and rock is constructed based on Drucker Prager criterion. The single factor simulation analysis test is designed with the horizontal factors of coal and rock cutting depth, coal and rock cutting speed and planer angle as horizontal factors to realize the research of coal rock breakage morphology and cutting force of coal and rock planer. The results show that the size of coal debris is related to the cutting depth of coal and rock, and increases with the increase of cutting depth, but with the increase of cutting speed, the variation trend of coal debris is not obvious, and the coal and rock are affected by a 30 掳planer. With the increase of cutting speed and cutting depth, the load of planer with 30 掳angle increases linearly.
