煤矿大吨位铰接式自卸车行驶稳定性分析与优化

【摘要】:针对煤矿井下大吨位铰接式自卸车因承载重、外形大、重心高等因素导致行驶稳定性降低的问题,为对稳定性进行评估和优化,提出了"稳定角"的评价指标,并根据车辆在煤矿井下的工作条件,制定了稳定性准则。通过建立车辆横向一级、二级失稳状态的几何模型,推导出稳定角的计算解析式,运用MATLAB软件编程计算了稳定角,因横向一级稳定角不满足稳定性准则要求,对整车轴距、轮距、滚动半径及重心位置等参数进行了优化设计,经计算,优化设计后横向一级稳定角满足了准则要求,其余稳定角指标也提高约10%。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate and optimize the stability of large tonnage articulated dump truck in coal mine, the stability is reduced due to the factors of heavy load, large shape and high center of gravity, etc. In order to evaluate and optimize the stability, the evaluation index of "stability angle" is put forward. According to the working conditions of the vehicle in the coal mine, the stability criterion is established. By establishing the geometric model of the lateral and secondary unstable state of the vehicle, the analytical formula for the calculation of the stable angle is derived, and the stable angle is calculated by using the MATLAB software. Because the lateral first-order stable angle does not meet the requirements of the stability criterion, the wheelbase of the whole vehicle is obtained. The parameters of wheel spacing, rolling radius and center of gravity are optimized. The calculation shows that the horizontal first order stable angle meets the criterion requirement, and the other stability angle indexes are increased by about 10%.
