煤矿险兆事件管理模式研究

【摘要】:安全管理是煤矿管理工作的重要组成部分,险兆事件因产生的后果影响小,易被忽视,且险兆事件管理不成熟。因此,研究煤矿险兆事件管理模式,有利于为煤矿险兆事件管理提供理论指导。首先,运用霍尔三维结构理论,以管理对象、管理程序、知识技能为维度,提出了煤矿险兆事件霍尔三维模型,从微观层面开展险兆事件日常管理。其中,采用文献综述方法,确定程序维的8个尺度因素和对象维的4个尺度因素;运用SPSS20.0对问卷数据进行探索性因子分析,确定知识技能维的8个尺度因素。此外,煤矿险兆事件霍尔三维模型以RDF循环作为运行机制,在该模型基础上增加时间维,形成四维的煤矿险兆事件管理模式。随后,针对险兆事件管理模式的实际操作与应用,本文以综采工作面为例,按险兆事件类别分析相关辨识方法,以及上报、措施、整改、反馈等管理程序。其次,构建煤矿险兆事件管理模糊综合评价模型。其中,根据霍尔三维模型,建立3类20个因素的煤矿险兆事件管理评价指标体系。采用德尔菲问卷的方式取得模糊评判指标的隶属度,运用AHP层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,利用多级模糊综合评价法得出评价结论。结果表明,该模糊综合评价模型具有可靠性与实用性,对于煤矿险兆事件管理具有重要意义。煤矿险兆事件管理模式研究,既有利于充实煤矿险兆事件管理理论,又符合当前风险与隐患双体系建设的安全管理发展趋势。
[Abstract]:Safety management is an important part of coal mine management. Therefore, studying the management mode of coal mine risk precursor event is beneficial to provide theoretical guidance for coal mine risk precursor event management. Firstly, using Hall three-dimensional structure theory, taking the management object, management procedure, knowledge and skill as the dimension, this paper puts forward the Hall three-dimensional model of coal mine risk precursor event, and carries out the daily management of the risk and precursor event from the micro level. Among them, eight scale factors of program dimension and four scale factors of object dimension are determined by the method of literature review, and the eight scale factors of knowledge and skill dimension are determined by exploratory factor analysis of questionnaire data with SPSS20.0. In addition, the RDF cycle is taken as the operating mechanism in the Hall three-dimensional model of coal mine risk precursor event. Based on the model, the time dimension is added to form a four-dimensional management model of coal mine risk precursor event. Then, in view of the actual operation and application of the management mode of risk and precursor events, this paper takes fully mechanized mining face as an example, analyzes the relevant identification methods according to the category of dangerous and precursor events, as well as the management procedures such as reporting, measures, rectification, feedback and so on. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine risk management is constructed. According to the three dimensional model of Hall, the evaluation index system of 3 kinds of 20 factors for the management of coal mine dangerous events is established. The membership degree of fuzzy evaluation index is obtained by Delphi questionnaire, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP, and the evaluation conclusion is obtained by multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has reliability and practicability, and it is of great significance for coal mine risk management. The study on the management mode of coal mine risk omen event is not only beneficial to enrich the theory of coal mine risk management, but also in line with the development trend of safety management in the current dual system construction of risk and hidden danger.
