利用铁尾矿砂制作烧结砖的试验研究

【摘要】:随着铁矿石开采规模的不断扩大,铁尾矿砂废弃物越来越多。据统计,我国尾矿库累计堆存的铁尾矿砂总量已达50亿t。大量铁尾矿的堆存不仅占用了大量土地资源,造成了巨大资源浪费,更为严重的是尾矿库的坝体极易发生破坏乃至溃坝从而造成严重的经济损失、环境污染和生态灾难。因此,世界各国均非常重视铁尾矿砂综合利用技术研究,以便变废为宝,保护有限矿产资源和人类环境,并降低铁尾矿库的危害程度,确保国家财产和人身安全。本文从铁尾矿砂的资源特点出发,探讨利用铁尾矿砂制作墙体材料烧结砖的可行性。并通过系列试验研究和理论分析,找到了最佳的铁尾矿砂烧结砖的成分配比和焙烧工艺参数,以便制作出符合墙体材料要求的烧结砖。让铁尾矿砂的整体综合运用有更多的道路。本文主要研究内容和取得的技术成果如下:(1)通过对铁尾矿砂和粘土的荧光光谱分析、X衍射分析和差热分析,发现铁尾矿砂与普通粘土具有相近似的化学成分和矿物组成;依据铁尾矿砂的化学组成和烧结砖烧成机理,完全可以通过在铁尾矿砂中添加部分粘土和助熔料的适当成分配比和严格的焙烧工艺条件下,制作出符合墙体材料要求的铁尾矿砂烧结砖。(2)依据正交试验设计的原理,对最佳焙烧工艺参数和最佳配比进行了正交试验,并以抗压强度和焙烧线收缩率为指标对铁尾矿砂烧结砖进行了性能考核试验。试验结果表明:当砂土比70:30、石灰石掺量8%时,并采用40℃/h、80℃/h、45℃/h的分段升温速度,在1000℃保温6h的烧结条件下,具有最佳的烧成性和性能指标;铁尾矿砂烧结砖结合牢固、表面光滑无起皮剥落,满足墙体材料对烧结砖的性能要求。(3)利用铁尾矿砂中含有大量Fe2O3的特点,探讨了将铁尾矿砂制成磁屏蔽功能材料的可行性。分析结果表明:采用适当的温度和处理工艺条件下完全可以将铁尾矿砂中的Fe2O3还原成Fe3O4;使铁尾矿砂制品具有良好的磁屏蔽功能,从而满足一些大型结构物(如人防工程等)的磁屏蔽防护特殊需求。本文成果可以有效解决铁尾矿废弃物的资源再生利用、环境污染问题和安全隐患问题,具有广阔的推广应用价值,可取得显著的社会效益、生态效益和经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of iron ore mining scale, iron ore tailings more and more waste. According to statistics, the total amount of iron tailings accumulated in tailing pool in China has reached 5 billion tons. A large number of iron tailings not only occupy a large number of land resources, resulting in a huge waste of resources, but also the dam body of the tailings reservoir is prone to damage and even dam break, resulting in serious economic losses, environmental pollution and ecological disasters. Therefore, countries all over the world attach great importance to the comprehensive utilization of iron tailings in order to turn waste into treasures, protect limited mineral resources and human environment, reduce the harm degree of iron tailings pool, and ensure the national property and personal safety. Based on the resource characteristics of iron tailings, the feasibility of making wall sintered bricks with iron tailings is discussed in this paper. Through a series of experiments and theoretical analysis, the optimum composition ratio and calcination process parameters of iron tailings sintered brick are found in order to make the sintered brick which meets the requirement of wall material. So that the overall use of iron tailings more comprehensive use of the road. The main research contents and technical achievements in this paper are as follows: (1) through the fluorescence spectrum analysis and differential thermal analysis of iron tailings and clay, it is found that iron tailings have similar chemical composition and mineral composition to ordinary clay; According to the chemical composition of iron tailings and the sintering mechanism of sintered bricks, it is possible to add some clay and melting-aids to iron tailings under proper composition and strict roasting conditions. The sintered brick of iron tailings is made according to the requirements of wall materials. (2) according to the principle of orthogonal test design, orthogonal test is carried out on the optimum roasting process parameters and the best proportion. The properties of sintered brick with iron tailings were tested on the basis of compressive strength and shrinkage of roasting line.
