高硫炼焦煤微波脱硫实验研究

【摘要】:煤中硫主要有无机硫和有机硫,无机硫组成相对简单容易脱除,有机硫结构复杂不易脱除。高硫炼焦煤里的含硫组分会使所炼钢热脆,燃烧产生的SO2等气体,会对人体和环境造成危害。脱除高硫炼焦煤里含硫组分具有重要意义。 用山西高阳高硫炼焦煤开展研究,系统的分析煤样含硫组分赋存状态及其含量。通过微波脱硫实验,为微波脱硫工业化试验开展提供数据支持。论文具体的研究内容和取得的主要研究结果: 1.次氯酸钠做浸提剂,用单因素方法考察浸提剂浓度、微波辐照时间、微波功率、煤样粒度、反应温度5因素变化对煤样微波全硫脱除效果的影响,逐一确定各因素水平的最佳反应值。实验结果显示:次氯酸钠最佳反应浓度为50g/l、微波辐照时间最佳反应值为3min、微波功率最佳反应值为540w、反应温度最佳反应值是100℃、煤样粒度最佳范围是-0.125mm,在各因素最佳条件下山西高阳煤样微波全硫脱出率为14.96%;煤样粒度范围取-0.125mm,通过混合水平正交实验及其结果分析,确定浸提剂浓度、微波辐照时间、微波功率、反应温度4因素水平组合最优方案,实验结果显示当次氯酸钠浓度为65g/l、微波辐照时间为3min、微波功率为540w、反应温度为100℃时达到最佳脱硫率为20.77%。 2.高猛酸钾做浸提剂,煤样粒度范围取-0.125mm,用单因素方法考察浸提剂浓度、微波辐照时间、微波功率、反应温度4因素变化对煤样微波全硫脱除效果的影响,逐一确定各因素的最佳反应值。实验结果显示:微波辐照时间最佳反应值为3min、微波功率最佳反应值为540w、浸提剂最佳反应浓度为5g/100ml、反应温度最佳反应值是100℃,在各因素最佳条件下,山西高阳煤样微波全硫脱出率为33.70%。煤样粒度范围取-0.125mm、微波功率540w,通过正交实验及其结果分析,确定浸提剂浓度、微波辐照时间、反应温度3因素水平组合最优方案,实验结果显示当微波辐照时间为150s:浸提剂浓度5.5g/1100ml、反应温度100℃时达到最佳脱硫率为36.04%。 3脱除山西高阳煤样中的无机硫,氢氧化钠做浸提剂,煤样粒度范围取-0.125mm、微波功率540w,对脱除无机硫后的煤样用单因素方法考察浸提剂浓度、微波辐照时间、反应温度3因素变化对煤样微波有机硫脱除效果的影响,逐一确定各因素的最佳反应值。实验结果显示:浸提剂最佳反应浓度为300g/l、微波辐照时间最佳反应值为6min、反应温度最佳反应值是120℃.(以微波反应器所测温度为准),在各因素最佳条件下山西高阳煤样微波有机硫脱出率为5.35%。 4.通过XPS分析煤中含硫组分类型。硫醇硫醚类硫微波脱除效果相对较好,噻吩类硫微波脱除效果差。
[Abstract]:The sulfur in coal mainly consists of inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur. The composition of inorganic sulfur is relatively simple and easy to remove, and the structure of organic sulfur is complex and difficult to remove. High sulfur coking coal containing sulfur makes the steel-making hot and brittle, burning SO2 and other gases, which will cause harm to human body and environment. It is of great significance to remove sulfur components from high sulfur coking coal. In this paper, high sulfur coking coal in Gaoyang, Shanxi Province is studied, and the occurrence state and content of sulfur components in coal samples are systematically analyzed. The experiment of microwave desulfurization provides data support for the industrialization test of microwave desulfurization. The specific research contents and main results obtained are as follows: 1. Sodium hypochlorite was used as extractant. The effects of concentration of extractant, time of microwave irradiation, microwave power, particle size of coal sample and reaction temperature on the removal of total sulfur from coal sample were investigated by single factor method. The optimum response value of each factor level was determined one by one. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction concentration of sodium hypochlorite is 50 g / l, the optimum reaction value of microwave irradiation time is 3 min, the optimum reaction value of microwave power is 540 wk, and the optimum reaction temperature is 100 鈩,
