荆各庄矿煤自燃氧化性能分析及防火对策

【摘要】:我国矿井火灾频发,尤其在边角余煤、老采空区、复采工作面都是发生火灾高发区。荆各庄矿开采三十多年,12煤层从未出现过自然发火事故,但是近几年12煤层复采区自然发火频繁,并且9煤层复采区煤体内赋存大量一氧化碳气体,所以选定荆各庄矿为研究对象。结合煤自燃氧化机理的分析基础之上,对复采区域和原生煤层的煤样进行了自燃氧化性能的分析。首先,采用程序升温与气相色谱仪联用实验,分析了CO指标气体随温度变化规律,可知煤自燃低温氧化早期阶段,复采过的煤更易于吸附氧,表现出了更强的氧化性能。其次,采用红外光谱分析技术,对50℃、70℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、160℃温度下各煤样的活性基团变化进行分析,结果显示在低温的条件下,煤分子结构中,发生氧化反应主要部分就是羟基、芳香烃、脂肪族类和含氧官能团,其含量变化最为明显。通过综合比较发现,由于复采煤层早期的开采破坏了原有煤层结构以及煤分子结构,使得复采区域煤的氧化性能发生了改变,自燃倾向性增强,导致整体的自燃危险程度增大。综合理论分析和现场实测结果,针对荆各庄矿井开采后期自然发火特点,通过研究荆各庄矿煤自燃发火规律,提出了一系列荆各庄矿的煤炭自燃防治措施。研究成果对荆各庄矿提高煤炭采出率和安全开采具有重要的意义。
