含钾页岩焙烧提钾工艺中酸浸条件的研究

【摘要】:对贵州铜仁万山地区含钾页岩焙烧提钾工艺中的酸浸条件进行了研究。前期研究中已确定了烧结条件,在本酸浸试验中,通过对酸的种类、酸的浓度、酸浸时间、酸浸温度以及液固比等5个因素的研究,得到最佳的酸浸条件为:硫酸浓度9mol/L,液固比15∶1,酸浸温度60℃,酸浸时间60min,此条件下钾的溶出率为73.06%。此工艺流程简单,而且降低了能耗,对含钾页岩的浸出及后续有效钾的利用研究有一定指导作用。
[Abstract]:The acid leaching conditions of potassium-bearing shale roasting process in Wanshan area of Tongren Guizhou Province were studied. The sintering conditions have been determined in the previous study.
