下分层综采工作面围岩结构特征与巷道布置研究

【摘要】:以淮南矿业集团潘四东煤矿A组煤东一采区工程条件为背景,结合A3、A1煤赋存及开采布置特点,统计分析了 A3煤11113、11213、11313综采工作面回采期间矿压显现特征。构建了采区尺度的FLAC3D数值模拟模型,试验分析获得了 3个工作面回采期间围岩应力分布特征及塑性破坏区范围、区段煤及边界煤柱对支承压力分布的影响规律。综合分析影响下分层工作面布置的因素,兼顾已采工作面和巷道的围岩结构影响和提高煤炭资源采出率的原则,提出了 11111工作面巷道布置方案,即11111工作面采用机巷内错于11113工作面机巷14m,风巷外错55m,切眼内错15m。现场开展了 11111工作面矿压观测,获得了工作面及巷道矿山压力分布及显现特征。巷道矿压特征主要表现为:下分层回采巷道布置在实体煤下时,巷道受水平应力作用明显,巷道围岩变形破坏较为严重,风巷两帮移近量明显大于机巷;而位于采空区下方的机巷围岩变形量较小。根据理论分析与计算综合提出了下分层工作面(A1煤)11311工作面与11211工作面回采巷道布置方案及超前支护改进措施与矿压控制对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering conditions of Group A Coal East No. 1 Mining area of Pansidong Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group, combined with the characteristics of occurrence and mining arrangement of A3A1coal, the characteristics of rock pressure behavior of A3 coal 11113CU 11213C11313 fully mechanized mining face during mining are analyzed statistically. The FLAC3D numerical simulation model of mining area scale is constructed, and the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and the range of plastic failure zone during the mining period of three working faces are obtained, and the influence of coal and boundary coal pillar on the distribution of supporting pressure is obtained. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the layout of the stratified working face, taking into account the influence of the surrounding rock structure of the mining face and the roadway and the principle of improving the mining rate of coal resources, the roadway layout scheme of the 11111 working face is put forward. That is to say, the 11111 face adopts the machine roadway fault in the 11113 working face 14m, the wind roadway outside the fault 55m, the cutting hole internal error 15m. The mine pressure distribution and the characteristics of mine pressure in the face and roadway have been obtained by the observation of mine pressure in 11111 working face on the spot. The main characteristics of roadway pressure are as follows: when the lower stratified mining roadway is arranged under solid coal, the roadway is obviously affected by horizontal stress, the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is more serious, and the two sides of wind roadway are obviously larger than mechanical roadway; The surrounding rock deformation of the roadway located below the goaf is small. Based on theoretical analysis and calculation, this paper puts forward the layout scheme of mining roadway in 11311 and 11211 working face of lower stratified coal face (A1 coal), as well as the improvement measures of advance support and the countermeasures of controlling mine pressure.
