钱家营矿工作面巷道布置模拟研究

【摘要】:采用理论分析、数值模拟和相似模拟方法对传统留煤柱巷道布置和错层位巷道布置进行研究。首先确定传统巷道布置的煤柱宽度,并进行合理性验证,以及错层位巷道采用外切式布置;其次根据钱家营煤矿实际地质条件,模拟研究不同宽度煤柱在煤体开挖后的围岩应力和变形破坏,得出了12-1煤层区段煤柱的合理宽度为6m,弹性核宽度为3.2m,与错层位巷道布置进行对比,最后采用相似实验模拟研究2种巷道布置上覆岩移状态,为12-1煤层后续开采巷道布置提供依据。
[Abstract]:Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and similarity simulation are used to study the layout of traditional coal pillar roadway and staggered roadway. Firstly, the width of the coal pillar in the traditional roadway layout is determined, and the rationality is verified, and the out-of-cut layout is adopted in the staggered roadway. Secondly, according to the actual geological conditions of Qianjiaying Coal Mine, The stress and deformation failure of surrounding rock of coal pillar with different width after excavation is simulated. The reasonable width of pillar is 6 m and the width of elastic core is 3.2 m in section of 12-1 coal seam, which is compared with the layout of staggered roadway. At last, the similar experimental simulation is used to study the overlying rock movement state of two kinds of roadway layout, which provides the basis for the roadway layout of the 12-1 coal seam.
