防膨胀软岩注浆材料试验及应用研究

【摘要】:为研制一种防膨胀软岩注浆材料以满足膨胀性软岩巷道注浆加固的需求。通过室内试验,研究注浆材料的密度、析水率、凝结时间、流动度、结石体强度等主要性能参数。通过现场试验,研究注浆材料对膨胀性软岩巷道围岩的注浆加固性能。研究结果表明:当注浆材料的水灰比为0.5∶1,添加剂比率为5‰时,注浆材料的主要性能参数最优;该注浆材料能有效提高破碎膨胀性软岩的强度,改善膨胀性软岩巷道围岩的特性,防止软岩巷道围岩在注浆时发生吸水膨胀变形,是一种较好的防软岩膨胀注浆材料。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a kind of anti-swelling soft rock grouting material to meet the needs of expansive soft rock roadway grouting reinforcement. Through laboratory tests, the main performance parameters of grouting material, such as density, water evolution rate, setting time, fluidity, stone strength and so on, were studied. The grouting reinforcement performance of grouting materials to the surrounding rock of expansive soft rock roadway is studied by field test.
