煤矸石质似膏体充填胶结料的研制及水化机理研究

【摘要】:对样品煤矸石进行煅烧以激发其活性,通过热重与差热分析得出煤矸石的温度活性区域,采用复合热液蚀变的活化方法确定了制作煤矸石蚀变物料的最佳参数,并以此为基础再配以水泥熟料、矿渣、石膏等研制了符合水泥国家标准的32.5与42.5标号的似膏体充填胶凝材料。采用XRD衍射分析与SEM电镜扫描等研究手段,对其水化机理进行了分析,确定了其前期强度来源于水泥熟料的水化作用,后期强度主要是因为大量碱铝基硅酸盐C-S-A-H凝胶的形成。
[Abstract]:The sample gangue was calcined to excite its activity. The temperature active region of coal gangue was obtained by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis. The optimum parameters for making coal gangue alteration material were determined by the method of composite hydrothermal alteration activation. On this basis, cement clinker, slag, gypsum and so on were used to develop paste filling cementing materials which accord with the national standard of cement (32.5 and 42.5). The hydration mechanism was analyzed by means of XRD diffraction analysis and SEM scanning electron microscope. It was confirmed that the early strength of the hydration of cement clinker was mainly due to the formation of a large number of alkaline aluminosilicate C-S-A-H gels.
