叔丁基水杨醛肟对氧化铜矿的浮选性能研究

【摘要】:烷基水杨醛肟对铜离子具有很强的螯合作用,被广泛作为选矿捕收剂或湿法冶金萃取剂,随着烷基水杨醛肟苯环对位上R基团的结构变化,它对铜离子的络合能力也会发生改变。目前已报道过了多种含不同碳原子数的直链烷烃的烷基水杨醛肟,但R基团为叔丁基的水杨醛肟尚鲜见合成报道。本实验重点开展了叔丁基水杨醛肟的合成及表征研究,并在实验室成功合成了叔丁基水杨醛肟,纯度和收率分别达97%和93%。浮选实验结果表明,叔丁基水杨醛肟对氧化铜矿具有较好的浮选性能,可作为氧化铜矿的浮选捕收剂,对氧化铜矿的综合利用有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Alkyl salicylaldoxime has a strong chelating effect on copper ions and is widely used as a collector of mineral dressing or hydrometallurgical extractant with the change of structure of R group on benzene ring of alkyl salicylaldoxime. Its complexing ability to copper ions will also change. Several alkyl salicylaldoxime containing different carbon atoms have been reported, but the synthesis of salicylaldoxime with R group as tert Ding Ji has been seldom reported. In this experiment, the synthesis and characterization of tert-Ding Ji salicylidene oxime were studied. The purity and yield of tert Ding Ji salicylaldoxime were 97% and 93%, respectively. The results of flotation experiments show that tert Ding Ji salicylidene oxime has good flotation properties for copper oxide ores and can be used as a collector for flotation of copper oxide ores, which is of great significance for the comprehensive utilization of copper oxide ores.
