新疆东沟煤矿矿井建设管理咨询服务模式探讨

【摘要】：基于神东公司专业化生产服务和天地华泰公司生产运营服务的先进实践成功经验,解析了矿井建设管理咨询服务模式。并结合东沟煤矿工程地质条件和矿井建设现状,详细介绍了东沟煤矿开展联合型矿井建设管理组合咨询的服务模式、管理咨询服务的内容、资源配置和技术管理。通过矿井建设管理咨询服务业务在东沟煤矿的成功应用,实现了矿井建设安全顺利进行,树立了新疆地区非煤企业与煤炭行业技术管理咨询供应商合作建矿、实现共赢的典范。
[Abstract]:Based on the successful experience of Shendong Company's specialized production service and Tiandi Huatai Company's production and operation service, this paper analyzes the consulting service mode of mine construction management. Combined with the engineering geological conditions of Donggou Coal Mine and the present situation of mine construction, this paper introduces in detail the service mode of joint mine construction management consulting in Donggou Coal Mine. Through the successful application of the mine construction management consulting service business in Donggou Coal Mine, the safe and smooth progress of mine construction has been realized, and the model of cooperation between non-coal enterprises in Xinjiang and technical management consulting suppliers in the coal industry has been set up.
