氰化物浸金提取中孔雀石的浸出行为研究

【摘要】:随着黄金工业的发展,作为难处理金矿石重要部分,含铜金矿研究与利用越来越重要。含铜金矿中绝大多数铜矿物都可溶解于氰化物溶液,而铜矿物溶解性质研究相对较少,孔雀石为含铜金矿中常见铜矿物,具有一定的代表性,本论文将通过热力学分析、浸出试验研究、动力学研究等对孔雀石在氰化浸出过程行为进行研究。热力学分析表明,无络合剂存在条件下,碱性无氰环境下孔雀石自身几乎不会发生溶解,而在氰根络合作用下,孔雀石可自发发生溶解生成铜氰络合物,且较高的氰根浓度利于高配位数铜氰络合物的形成。氰根自身在有氧条件下也会发生氧化反应,同时造成pH值增加。浸出试验结果表明,孔雀石在氰化物中溶解不可避免,较大的氰化钠浓度、较高的温度、较长的浸出时间均会增大孔雀石的浸出率,改变氧含量本质上不能减小氰化物的消耗。浸出动力学研究表明,孔雀石浸出过程可分为两个阶段,第一阶段活化能E1=25.472 J·mol-1,第二阶段活化能E2=15.522 J·mol-1,均属于混合控制。金片浸出试验结果表明,在氧气参与下,金片可溶解于铜氰络离子溶液中。
[Abstract]:With the development of gold industry, as an important part of refractory gold ores, the research and utilization of copper-bearing gold deposits are becoming more and more important. Most of copper minerals in copper-bearing gold deposits are soluble in cyanide solution, while the study of solubility of copper minerals is relatively less. Malachite is a common copper mineral in copper-bearing gold deposits, which has a certain representativeness. The behavior of malachite in cyanide leaching process was studied by thermodynamic analysis, leaching test and kinetics study. The thermodynamic analysis showed that Malachite could hardly dissolve in alkaline cyanide-free environment without complexing agent. Under cyanide complexation, Malachite could dissolve spontaneously to form copper-cyanide complexation. The results of leaching test show that Malachite dissolution in cyanide is unavoidable. Higher concentration of sodium cyanide, higher temperature and longer leaching time will increase peacock. The leaching kinetics of Malachite can be divided into two stages: the first stage activation energy E1 = 25.472 J. mol - 1, the second stage activation energy E2 = 15.522 J. mol - 1, which belongs to mixed control. The results of gold strip leaching test show that gold can be leached with oxygen. The film can be dissolved in cupric cyanide solution.
