U型钢棚卡缆力学特性分析及其对承载性能的影响

【摘要】:U型钢可缩性支架是由U型钢棚各段相互搭接而成的,而U型钢搭接段之间的相互作用是通过卡缆来完成的,因此卡缆是U型钢支架的关键部位,它既决定了支架的可缩性能,又对支架工作阻力的确定起到关键性作用,其性能直接影响着U型钢支架的支护承载性能。但在煤矿实际使用过程中,卡缆易被破坏而失效。本文现场使用卡缆的破坏特征为研究对象,首先以现场收集的卡缆失效破坏的特征为研究背景,分析不同类型卡缆破坏的力学特征;建立直墙半圆拱U型钢支架承载的力学简化模型,分析U型钢支架承受载荷时内力的分布,得出U型钢支架搭接段是U型钢支架内力集中处和卡缆是承载搭接段内力的关键部件。其次利用ABAQUS数值模拟软件,对螺杆卡缆、双槽夹板卡缆和双槽夹板面卡缆分别建模,分析了卡缆滑移前后卡缆构件应力分布特征,确定了卡缆失效破坏的原因和薄弱环节。最后通过直墙半圆拱U型钢支架分析了卡缆预紧力对支架内力的影响和预紧力对支架承载能力的影响,通过数值模拟的结果分析了同类型卡缆在施加不同预紧力情况下U型钢搭接段阻力,不同类型卡缆在相同预紧力作用下U型钢搭接段阻力,并结合不同卡缆在不同预紧力下各自的承载特征及其优缺点分析出双槽夹板面卡缆的优越性。通过郑煤集团裴沟煤矿42091工作面运输巷的现场应用,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The U-shaped steel shearing bracket is formed by the overlap of each segment of the U-shaped steel shed, and the interaction between the U-section steel lap segments is accomplished by the cable, so the cable is the key part of the U-shaped steel support, which determines the retractability of the support. It also plays a key role in determining the working resistance of the support, and its performance directly affects the bearing capacity of the support of U-shaped steel support. However, in the actual use of the coal mine, the cable is liable to be destroyed and invalidated. In this paper, the damage characteristics of cable clamping are studied. Firstly, the mechanical characteristics of different types of cable are analyzed based on the characteristics of cable failure collected in the field. The mechanical simplified model of bearing capacity of U-shaped steel support with straight wall semi-circular arch is established, and the distribution of internal force of U-shaped steel support under load is analyzed. It is concluded that the lap section of U-shaped steel support is the key component of the internal force of the U-steel support and the cable is the key component to carry the internal force of the lap section. Secondly, the ABAQUS numerical simulation software is used to model the screw cable, the double-slot splint cable and the double-slot plywood cable respectively. The stress distribution characteristics of the cable members before and after the cable slip are analyzed, and the failure reasons and the weak links of the cable clamp are determined. Finally, the influence of cable pretension force on the support internal force and the influence of pretension force on the bearing capacity of the support are analyzed by means of the U-shaped steel support with semicircular arch of the straight wall. Based on the numerical simulation results, the resistance of the same type of cable under different pretightening forces is analyzed, and the resistance of different types of cable in the same type of cable under the same pretension force is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of double slot plywood clamping cable are analyzed according to the bearing characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different cables under different preloading forces. Through the field application of 42091 face transportation roadway in Peigou Coal Mine of Zheng Coal Group, good results have been obtained.
