黑龙江省大中型煤矿矿山地质环境评价

【摘要】:黑龙江省煤炭资源丰富,煤炭经济为全省经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但不合理的开发和利用,已经诱发了一系列矿山环境问题,造成了严重的污染,破坏了生态环境。 本文通过14个要素层指标对5个变量层指标进行了定量的描述,它们构成了黑龙江省大中型煤矿矿山地质环境评价的指标体系。采用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重后,对黑龙江省大中型煤矿矿山进行评价。结合评价结果,将黑龙江省大中型煤矿矿山地质环境问题划分为严重区、较严重区和一般区三种类型。同时将恢复治理区分为:矿山地质环境函待恢复治理区、矿山地质环境重点防治区、矿山地质环境一般恢复治理区。 本文通过调查评价初步查明了黑龙江省大中型煤矿矿山地质环境问题的类型和现状,分析了诱发因素,为矿产资源合理开发利用、矿区生态环境保护以及恢复治理开发提供了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province is rich in coal resources, the coal economy has made great contributions to the economic development of the province. However, unreasonable exploitation and utilization have caused a series of mine environmental problems, resulting in serious pollution and destruction of ecological environment. In this paper, the index of five variable layers is quantitatively described by 14 factor layer indexes, which constitute the index system of geological environment evaluation of large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province. After the weight of each index is determined by AHP, the large and medium coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are evaluated. Combined with the evaluation results, the geological environment problems of large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are divided into three types: serious area, more serious area and general area. At the same time, the restoration and treatment of mine geological environment is divided into three parts: the area of mine geological environment to be restored, the key area of mine geological environment prevention and control, and the general restoration and control area of mine geological environment. In this paper, the types and present situation of geological environment problems in large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are preliminarily found out through investigation and evaluation, and the inducing factors are analyzed for the rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resources. The countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the protection of the ecological environment and the restoration and development of the mining area.
