微细粒浮选的微观湍流强化

【摘要】:浮选是分离微细粒矿物的主要分选方法。微细粒矿物质量小、惯性低,难以与气泡发生矿化反应,是浮选回收率低的主要原因之一。从动力学角度,将经典微观浮选动力学与湍流理论结合起来,计算了不同湍流强度下微细粒矿物与气泡的矿化反应效率,分析了微观湍流对微细粒矿物浮选动力学行为的影响,得到不同湍流强度下的矿化反应规律,并探讨了强化微细粒回收的湍流方法。
[Abstract]:Flotation is the main separation method for the separation of fine-grained minerals. One of the main reasons for the low recovery rate of flotation is the small amount of fine minerals and low inertia, which makes it difficult to mineralize with bubbles. From the kinetic point of view, the classical micro flotation dynamics and turbulence theory are combined to calculate the mineralization efficiency of fine mineral and bubble under different turbulence intensity, and the effect of micro turbulence on the dynamic behavior of micro particle flotation is analyzed. The mineralization reaction law under different turbulence intensity was obtained, and the turbulent method for enhancing the recovery of fine particles was discussed.
