逆流永磁湿式磁选机分选性能试验研究

【摘要】:逆流永磁湿式磁选机是目前重介质选煤厂最主要的介质回收设备,因其结构简单、生产效率高、介质回收率高等显著优点,已经得到广泛的应用。然而,当前介质耗损仍然是重介质选煤厂最严重的问题之一,重介质选煤厂存在最主要的问题仍是磁性介质损耗,给生产和经济带来了很大负担。目前对于提高逆流永磁湿式磁选机分选效果的研究,主要为技术和管理两个方面,通常根据现场经验,调整生产工艺和加强生产管理,效果不明显且推广性不强;对于设备创新,理论不成熟,新型产品研发周期长,用于生产应用周期更长,且费用高。本文利用筛分、煤质分析、磁选及XRD等多项试验组成,针对动力煤和炼焦煤,从煤质特性、入料特性、入料矿.物组成和介质特性四个方面试验研究了影响逆流永磁湿式磁选机分选效果的规律,同时从理论上分析了该类型磁选机的磁场特性对分选效果的影响,得到了以下6方面的结论:1)煤质特性对磁选机分选性能的影响规律;2)不同粒度分布的最佳入料固体浓度范围;3)入料粘度和入料浓度、入料粘度和入料中矿物组成之间的关系及入料粘度对磁选效果的影响;4)磁选机分选性能受入料磁性物含量的影响;5)入料矿物组成对磁选机分选性能的影响;6)介质特性对磁选效果的影响。以上对逆流永磁湿式磁选机分选效果的影响规律,对现生产运营的重介质选煤厂磁选设备降低介质消耗具有指导意义,对新型磁选设备研发有着很好的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Countercurrent permanent magnet wet magnetic separator is the most important medium recovery equipment in heavy medium coal preparation plant at present. It has been widely used because of its simple structure, high production efficiency and remarkable advantages of medium recovery. However, the medium depletion is still one of the most serious problems in the heavy medium coal preparation plant. The main problem in the heavy medium coal preparation plant is still the magnetic medium loss, which brings a great burden to the production and economy. At present, the research on improving the separation effect of countercurrent permanent magnet wet magnetic separator mainly includes two aspects: technology and management. Usually, according to the field experience, the production process is adjusted and the production management is strengthened, the effect is not obvious and the popularization is not strong. For equipment innovation, the theory is immature, the research and development cycle of new products is long, the production and application period is longer, and the cost is high. In this paper, screening, coal quality analysis, magnetic separation and XRD are used to test the coal and coking coal. In this paper, four aspects of material composition and medium characteristics are tested to study the effect of countercurrent permanent magnet wet magnetic separator on the separation effect, and the influence of magnetic field characteristics of this type of magnetic separator on the separation effect is analyzed theoretically. The following six conclusions are obtained: (1) the influence of coal quality characteristics on the separation performance of magnetic separator (2) the optimum solid concentration range of different particle size distribution (3) the feed viscosity and feed concentration, Relationship between feed viscosity and mineral composition in feed and influence of feed viscosity on magnetic separation performance of magnetic separator 5) influence of feed mineral composition on separation performance of magnetic separator The influence of the characteristics on the magnetic separation effect. The above influence law on the separation effect of countercurrent permanent magnet wet magnetic separator has a guiding significance for reducing the medium consumption of the magnetic separation equipment of the heavy medium coal preparation plant which is now in operation and has a good reference significance for the research and development of the new magnetic separation equipment.
