微生物在贵州某磷矿选矿废水中回收磷的试验研究

【摘要】:针对磷矿尾矿废水存在大量难以沉降悬浮固体颗粒物的难题展开研究。利用微生物对磷矿模拟废水进行了微生物浸出试验。得到的结论有下:1.从贵州省某磷矿取得新鲜矿样,通过稀释平板涂布法、从矿样表面提取到菌落直径较大溶磷真菌,纯化培养后进行PCR分析,通过在NCBI(GenBank)比对查找,确定得到的真菌为分枝毛霉(M.ramosissimus)。2.对M.ramosissimus进行了多种条件下的生物浸出试验,确定M.ramosissimus的最佳培育条件为,矿粉浓度1.5g/L,培养温度25℃,初始pH6.5,以醋酸钠为C源。在模拟废水条件下,7d浸出量最大达到136mg/L,对应浸出率为43.45%3.于贵州大学某微生物实验室接种得到得到枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。对Bacillus subtilis进行了多种条件下的生物浸出试验,Bacillus subtilis的最佳培育条件为,矿粉浓度3g/L,培养温度37℃,初始pH=7,以醋酸钠为C源。在模拟废水条件下,7d浸出率达到51.76%,浸出量达到162mg/L。4.于贵州大学某微生物实验室接种得到得到及氧化硫硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans,At.t)。对At.t进行多种条件下的生物浸出试验。At.t的最佳培育条件为,矿粉浓度3g/L,培养温度30~34℃,初始pH=5。在模拟废水状况下,7d可以对废水中难溶磷达到70.28%的溶解率。5.针对浸出效果最佳的At.t的磷矿废水浸出液,调整pH产生沉淀回收溶液中的磷,试验中达到了83.63%的磷回收率。整个试验达到了废水中58.78%的磷回收率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problem of settling suspended solid particles in phosphate tailings wastewater, the research is carried out. Microbial leaching of simulated wastewater from phosphate rock was carried out by microorganism. The conclusion is: 1: 1. Fresh mineral samples were obtained from a phosphate mine in Guizhou Province. The large phosphate soluble fungi were extracted from the surface of the samples by dilution plate coating method. After purification and culture, PCR analysis was carried out. The obtained fungi were determined to be M.ramosissimus. 2 by comparing with NCBI (GenBank). The biological leaching experiments of M.ramosissimus were carried out under various conditions.
