逐孔起爆技术在胜利露天煤矿中的应用研究

【摘要】:目前,神华北电胜利露天矿大部分区域都采取电铲直接剥离和采掘的方式生产,这样不仅降低了生产效率,而且增加了设备的维修费用,为了提高经济效益,对该矿台阶爆破采取了逐孔起爆技术并对其进行了深入的研究。本文对神华北电胜利露天矿台阶进行了逐孔起爆数值模拟,通过应力分布云图,得出逐孔起爆技术作用原理,并通过分析爆破模拟生成的岩石所受的应力,得出了逐孔起爆技术的爆破效果优于排间微差爆破。通过正交试验的方法,对神华北电胜利露天矿逐孔起爆网络进行了优化,最终得出了神华北电胜利露天矿最优的爆破参数,并分析了该矿采用逐孔起爆技术后的爆破效果,经济效益以及环境保护效果。既为神华北电胜利露天矿实际爆破提供了科学依据,也为其它露天矿出现类似的情况提供了参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, most areas of Shenhua North Electric Power Shengli Open-pit Mine are produced by direct stripping and mining of electric shovels, which not only reduces the production efficiency, but also increases the maintenance cost of the equipment. In order to improve economic efficiency, The blasting technology of step by hole in this mine is adopted and studied deeply. In this paper, the numerical simulation of borehole initiation is carried out on the steps of Shengli opencast mine of Shenhua North Electric Power Plant. By using the stress distribution cloud diagram, the working principle of the borehole initiation technique is obtained, and the stress of the rock generated by the blasting simulation is analyzed. It is concluded that the blasting effect of borehole initiation technique is better than that of millisecond blasting. By means of orthogonal test, the blasting network of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Open-pit Mine is optimized, and the optimal blasting parameters of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Open-pit Mine are obtained, and the blasting effect is analyzed after the use of hole-by-hole initiation technique in Shenhua Beidian Shengli Open-pit Mine. Economic benefit and environmental protection effect. It not only provides scientific basis for actual blasting in Shengli opencast mine of Shenhua North Electric Power Plant, but also provides reference value for similar situation in other open-pit mines.
