太中银铁路宁东采空区治理控制技术分析

【摘要】:煤炭资源是我国的第一大能源,但地下煤固体矿产被开采后,形成采空区,采空区围岩容易失稳,进而产生位移、开裂、破碎、垮塌等情况。基于这种现状,本文就太中银铁路上涉及到的采空区治理工程进行研究,在施工过程进行了控制,而且在施工结束后,通过沉降、钻探和物理探测方法,对高速铁路下采空区治理完成后的质量进行评估分析,判定其治理效果。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)主要通过采空区的探测方法对太中银采空区进行探测,并提出相应的建议;通过稳定性评价标准及采空区类型与等级划分对宁东采空区的稳定性进行了分析,并提出处理原则。(2)通过采空区治理技术的选择、注浆施工工艺及注浆设备等研究,得出了采空区注浆的一般施工工艺和特殊施工工艺,并提出措施要求。(3)通过现场钻探取芯统计、实验研究、综合物探测试数据资料结合检测标准,对检测结果地震波速及剪切波速值进行分析,并判定注浆效果。
[Abstract]:Coal resource is the most important energy in our country, but after the underground coal solid mineral is mined, the goaf is formed, the surrounding rock of the goaf is easy to lose stability, and then the displacement, crack, breakage, collapse and so on. Based on this situation, this paper studies the goaf treatment project involved in Taizhong Bank Railway, controls the construction process, and after the completion of construction, through settlement, drilling and physical detection methods, The quality of goaf treatment under high speed railway is evaluated and analyzed, and its effect is judged. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the goaf of Taizhong silver mine is detected by the method of goaf detection, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. This paper analyzes the stability of the goaf in Ningdong through the criteria of stability evaluation and classification of the type and grade of goaf, and puts forward the treatment principles. (2) through the selection of goaf treatment technology, grouting construction technology and grouting equipment, etc. The general construction technology and special construction technology of goaf grouting are obtained, and the requirements of measures are put forward. (3) through field drilling, core extraction statistics, experimental research, comprehensive geophysical test data combined with test standard, The seismic wave velocity and shear wave velocity are analyzed and the grouting effect is determined.
